I like how in all this time. Mat Dickie never stopped NPCs from cutscene locking you and grabbing you whilst you can't defend yourself. Truly a mastermind.
In the original Hard Time I think that they could not attack or grab you while a cutscene is running. But they can walk around and towards you which is unfair. And in Hard Time 3 they seem to talk a lot more but it's annoying that you can't move while they're talking. And they arrest more aggressively, because back then Bogan was able to kill 10 people in the original with no wanted status. And more ways to get arrested like defecating and "insubordination."

It even includes a new character in the lore Kirk based on a popular rumored character from the original based on a mistranslation. All in all a promising buff package in the Bulkamania library. Now when's Bob Bogan bless everyone who correctly remembered him. Also when the military judge was on-screen someone in chat said "booger green man" which I laughed at way more than I should have thank you for that.

Here's some help with the game: - To dual-wield, RUN + PICK-UP will pick up a second object, and to craft using those, you can hold RUN + PICK-UP while holding both objects - You keep seeing random smaller stains on the floor cuz eating and drinking leaves those - If you see ypur character holding their crotch or butt, it means they need to go to the bathroom, which you can do by Taunting at a urinal or toilet, or just walking towards a toilet - If you press PICK-UP while standing still you will gently drop the object, and if you press PICK-UP while moving in a direction you will throw the object - You can become a police officer if you want after you've served your sentence
I haven't had a chance to watch this stream but I will say that I watched someone else play this game and MDickie added the ability to give birth. Not kidding.
