Ohhh! Now that is such an inspiration! I'll have to give it a try! I love the vase it's my favorite color, (and even looks amazing with the green added), but I am into the shiney! And with the metallic gold around the rim, adds a high end look to it.
Wow gilly these both turned out gorgeous, and what a love gift to give someone it's special because you !are them.😍 congratulations again On your lovely granddaughter news,🎉🍼🚼👏💜🌈
Both beautiful, as you say would be lovely thoughtful gift.! Will definitely be giving it a good using same colours. Thanks, already watched it twice!!!
Hi Gilly. I love them. The mix of subtle and bold colours showing up is eye catching. I am looking forward to seeing more of the puppies. I could happily watch them for hours.
You were pouring on a glass vase the first time I watched an acrylic pour video. I didn't know what acrylic pouring was until then. I am still into traditional oils/acrylics, but you are the one who really got me hooked on pouring, so girlfriend it's all on YOU and Jerry too! I LOVE IT!!! 🤣 I make a bigger mess with the pouring! But ITS MORE FUN! i LOVE this vase, such gorgeous colors, I hope you resin this!
I really liked what you did with the bowl, funnily enough I bought one in a shop on Saturday £1.50 so I was so pleased to see this video tonight. If it looks ok i will buy a few more. I also thought the canvas was really nice too xxx
I loved it! I have done something similar but I used a light cover that I had changed out for something more modern on a light fixture. It came out really nice and was great to use as a small/medium vase.
Vase is beautiful!!!!!!!!! I really liked the canvas before you swiped it, I thought it was perfect, but it looks good after too. Have Fun, Be Safe, Keep painting.
Awesomeness! These are both lovely. You ended up with good lines on the vase. So often, with this technique, I love it when I first pour but by the time it dries all of the beautiful lines have slid off. Great work, love. xoxoxoxoox 😘
I remember years ago hearing my first Gecko in Cairns. I was waiting for a giant monster to come and get me when they pointed at a tiny little Gecko. 😂 Now I live North of Bundaberg I love the family that live in my lounge, dining and kitchen. They keep the ceiling and cornices free from bugs, spiders and spiderwebs. I wish they would move into our bedroom to do the same but I don’t think they love air conditioning. I am about to start pouring on some pretty shaped glass bottles to make candle holders. So I am watching some glass pouring to see how. Yours are so pretty but I can imagine the mess I will make. Thank you Gilly. ❤️
Just gorgeous Gilly. Recently discovered your vlog and love everything you do. I am feeling I might be able to give it a go thanks to your tutorials. Love your natural downto earth approach. Thank you very much .
I usually do a canvas when I pour on a vase. Never thought about using a baking rack. Great idea. Something else I do is use the skins from the pour is make a necklace out of them.
Oh so pretty. I love the idea of giving the vase and painting together. I have started my own business and I will be giving paintings for gifts from drawings. My question is after the vase dries will the edge of the vase be uneven from the paint. If so how would I correct it? Thank you. You are truly an inspiration. 🌹
Is there something I can use on the vase or canvas that will not take 3 weeks like everyone says and that I can put on in my house without it smelling the whole house?
@@gillykubeart Thanks I’ve asked a million people but no answers? Also I have another question, if I don’t want cells in one of my pictures how do I do the paint? And also how do I determine how much paint I need for a vase pouring down on canvas or just canvas?
Green and purple usually works well together. Both turned out really awesome
The caves looks lightning 🌩 cool .
Loved that green in that colour combo it popped out just beautiful on the vase. Xx
Lovely Gilly, I actually preferred the canvas before you swiped it but I love how you keep trying things xx
Both are just beautiful.. Love the colors.
I love this. The colors are great.
This is such a great 👍 idea
That was my suggestion wow Im glad you tried it and the gecko liked it too
Beautiful colors .Wozzers Gilly.
I love the touch of green! The vase is gorgeous and the canvas too!

Love the vase colours. Really loved the canvas before you did the swipe which looked good but I didn't feel was necessary.

They look fabulous.

Hello from the United States state of Georgia
Wow! Great addition of the green!

A much easier way is to place your bowl/vase on a cup (usually paper or silicone) and then on the canvas - I don't prepaint the object - beautiful!!!
It is stunning! Purple is my favorite color and gold always looks so pretty. That pear color was quite pretty with the other 2 colors. 💜
Canvas beautiful!!!
I love your voice! I enjoy the comments you make as you are making your art. I love the canvases even before you do swipes
Both are beautiful!!! Love the colors you used!! Thank you! 💐💜
Absolutely gorgeous this is the first vase that I see you do it’s beautiful and I love the canvas I love the colors you just amaze me every time❤️
Beautiful Gilly love the colours ❤️👍 Australia xx

Very beautiful 😍 I wonder if paints were thicker would it keep the pattern? Love the colors
yes i think so :)
Love love love it Gilly came out amazing 👍🏻👏🏻💖😀😍XXXX

Absolutely Gorgeous!!
Looks great

just a light sand over or as iv done gold rim top and cork bottom :)
@@gillykubeart I I love the idea of the gold rim. I think it would make the vase look richer. Thank you. Have a nice weekend 🦋
Do you use pouring medium on vases , or just a base coating and premixed paints
just same recipe as my normal pours just a little thicker :)
Just did mine tonight , it looks good so far , I was given it from a shop that felt it was a none seller.
Beautiful
Thank you
Beautiful and great idea withe the rack over canvas. What paint brand are you using? I am looking for a thicker paint as well. Thanks!
Very nice
Thanks
How do you get the paint to stick to the glass. I did what you’re doing and as soon as I got it wet it peeled off
Seal with varnish or resin and only wipe clean with damp cloth, certainly not for dishwashing 😬
Is there something I can use on the vase or canvas that will not take 3 weeks like everyone says and that I can put on in my house without it smelling the whole house?
Resin 🤗
Did u use resin to varnish?
Yes 👍
How are you going to finish off the rim of the vase, Gilly?
I did show finished results with gold rim 🤗
@@gillykubeart Oh sorry, I did see it, but thought it was yellow!
⭐❤️❤️
So you use a heat gun instead of a torch to get out bubbles because I don’t have a torch but I do I have a heat gun?
Yes heat gun so much safer 😉😉
Por favor puede poner el subtitulo en español gracias
😊
Didn't get the name if what you added.......trol?. Coltrol?
Does your Gecko have a name? Love to hear him!
We call him jerry 🤗
@@gillykubeart I have 3 pet freshwater snails. Love to watch them!
Para que brille que ponéis,gracias
U dripped on the vase
Oh no 🙈
Get a tall can of beer or an energy drink set it down our your vase over that and pour
So you use a heat gun instead of a torch to get out bubbles because I don’t have a torch but I do I have a heat gun?
Yes 👍🏼 so much safer and achieves the same result
