If you're in good health, do your research and try it out. The accelerated growth is temporary so don't do the Inversion Method for more than seven days at a time with at least a month break in between. Remember to come up SLOWLY from an inversion, if not, you may get dizzy and nauseous afterwards.

I did this unknowingly. When I go in the steam room, I sit and bend lowering my head down by my legs to stretch my back, and to keep the water from running up my nose. I noticed hair growth recently, and had to double check my pics. You learn something new everyday.

I believe in the inversion method because my mother does Pilates and Yoga every day. For several minutes she's flipped upside down with a lot of blood rushing to her head. Her hair grows 20x faster than mine does. She goes to get a hair cut every 2 months and cuts 4+ inches off to keep it the same length.
I'm definitely going to try the inversion method!

I never comment on anyone, but the time & effort that you put in to this video TO TELL THE TRUTH to the world, is very HIGHLY APPRECIATED!! I have been searching high and low for a regimen that would work for my 3yr old daughter who has had damaged hair for over 2yrs from mistakes that I have made feeling pressured by other members of my family. Nothing absorbs into her hair, but I am hoping that the information that you have provided will make a change for the better, in hair as well as my own. Thank you again and I also gave a thumbs up on the video before even attempting the process. That is how convincing you were to me

We all make mistakes. The hair journey is not always easy. What I've learned is that washing the hair according to its porosity has been a major help. There are products for the different porosity types, but there's also ways to make your own. It's trial and error in the beginning, but once you find what works for you, it's cheaper & you can store the products for a while.

As a yoga teacher, I can tell you that inversions do help stimulate growth, bringing blood flow and oxygen to your scalp. Even if you do not follow this method suggested in the video, find a yoga practice and throw downward facing dog or yoga mudra (standing or kneeling) into it. No need to do it for 4 minutes, just have a regular yoga practice with some inversions in it. Of course make sure you are healthy enough to practice yoga.
These videos are great and I am sharing with every natural I know Keep it up!!

I have been constantly using a mustard oil/dabur amla oil mix on my diy faux locs. I know most naturals scoff at the idea of using dabur amla oil, but my hair is appreciating this mix. I seal all this with one of my greases Nature's Blessing otigan or the castor oil version. Ibwill wear these locs for a few more weeks and remove them. I will recycle the parts and after washing and treating, i will install diy geni locs (yarn) for 2 months or so.

Okay. I have a lot of thoughts about the inversion method, since I cut all of my hair off 2 years ago. I was looking for a way to grow it long and fast, but always thought that the inversion method was a scam. in feb of this year I was feeling desperate, so I tried it out for a week. I wasn't expecting 4-10 inches of growth like some people advertise, and i didn't even do it for a full week. BUT I GOT RESULTS!!! My hair actually grows extremely slowly, about 1/4 in. a month instead of 1/2 an inch. But since February, my ear lobe length hair is now down to my elbows. I do inversion for 5days- 1 week every month, and use coconut oil at least once, and every time my hair grows at least 2.5 inches. I'm amazed.

Great info and break down of method. Yes, what you eat and what you do plays an intricate role in hair growth. I have been u s ing essential oils since the early 90s and I love them because they oxygenate the cells and heal your body. The quality of the oils play an important role of healing the body. Medicinal and therapeutic oils work best. There are many oils for hair growth, depending on your specific need. Again, rosemary, cedarwood, peppermint, ylang ylang, lavender are a few. You have to be careful, if you use too much, it starts dexofying your liver. Everything should be done in moderation.

Oh dear, never put essential oils in the ear, because they are highly concentrated. I hope there is no damage. You should always have garlic and olive oil(extra virgin organic, unrefined on hand). You can either infuse garlic in olive oil in a mason jar and add a few drops in the ear. Let the garlic infuse in the jar for a day or two. Garlic is an natural antibiotic. You can also go to the health food store they have ear oils containing mullein and garlic in base of olive oil. You can also do ear candle, but you must have s someone do it for you. It is a known fact that all your organs are in your ear, feet and hands as in reflexology. It is a tried a true method as is the other one. You may have a lot of pressure in the ear canal. If you do choose to do ear candling please look at a video on youtube. Never put q tips in the ear, stay away from all wheat products because they contain gmos and pesticide is in the seed...also they are spliced with animal genes. Watch your diet, too much sugar can cause inflammation. Drink plenty of lemon water in warm water upon rising to help brea down mucous and detoxify the body. I hope this has helped and sorry I didn't get back sins r. Stay blessed

I have come back from one week of the inversion method.
What I did- warmed up some olive oil for 20 seconds, rubbed it on my scalp.
I then laid on my bed and massaged my head again for 4 minutes.
Did this everyday (except for Tuesday cause I forgot) for one week.
Results- my hair was VERY SHORT now it's a little longer. I wouldn't say one inch but a few centimeters. I will try this again this week for better results!

you only want to do it
1 week a month... that is 7 days out of 30, so your scalp doesn't get used to it. once your scalp is used to it it will stagnant the results. love and 💡

I can't believe it but this actually worked!!! My hair definitely grew about half an inch and not only that but it is a lot thicker at the bottom and feels more healthy. (but make sure your hair isn't so dead at the ends before you start - you want it to continue growing healthy) I also didn't use the oil everyday so the inversion method can work without it!! Can't wait for next month to do it again!

  • @ummanas
    @ummanas 9 років тому +3

Another great video. I was never totally convinced that the inversion method would make your hair grow any faster. As you mentioned, other factors such as diet, lifestyle and haircare routines are probably just as, if not more important to aiding hair growth.
