Especially during this era, when crack came along, like a match in the gas tank. Basically reinforcing many stereotypes, in a time when we SHOULD have been knocking them down. I was born in Detroit in 1984, just in time for the "war on drugs". Looking back now, it's easy to see why many believe it was started by the same people who declared war on it, and it was never about the drugs at all. Crack was just that. FUEL.

@@chaseharlann There's not another instance that stood out to me. Larson seemed to get a little "excited" in the segments he was featured in. Entertaining for TV, but not what I would want in a cop.

The first guy was already dead. He urinated in his pants @ 2:04 and his eyes were opened @ 2:36 those were signs that he's already dead. For the cop to say he's breathing and has a pulse? RIP big guy, you deserved better.

The slowness of the first group(officers included) is painful. Hardly any urgency, give one or two pumps of cpr and stop, don’t even get the first aid kit. Sad but maybe he could have lived if their was some urgency.
Granted, a better job of administering CPR should've happened, if the guy was shot through his heart, it probably wouldn't have mattered. Surviving something like that is almost impossible.
