or a mask i break out unless it's super gentle. this mask is the only thing that has worked for me, and i'm so happy because it makes my skin look so smooth and hydrated! i love this shit omg

I love skin care but I need to use gentle boring things. I use thayers milky toner, Dior serum, differin, lucky tiger face moisturizer (I’m a barber, Peter Thomas Roth unwrinkle eye cream, and skin aqua spf 50. At night I use the same serum, toner, differin, and the lucky tiger moisturizer. I also have the cosrx bha serum I use once a week to exfoliate. And minoxidil on my beard and eyebrows lol
Do I follow up with toner? Serum?

Hi, is topical clindamycin safe to use without prescription?
i think no, it's antibiotic and it increases the risk of antibiotic resistant bacteria. Go for something like benzoyl peroxide (strong), salicylic acid( mid) and the best while being gentle is azelaic acid.
Thanks for the suggestion. Salicylic acid hasn't been working for me (more than 3 months), so I was considering adapalene. But all OTC adapalene gels in India have clindamycin. Funnily enough, adapalene only gels are Rx only!
Clindamycin + benzoyl peroxide reduces risk of resistant bacteria. Always look to pub med for best available research!
