You need to enable “resizable bar” in the bios and have a cpu which supports it which you do have with 12th gen- It’s essential for the A770 to perform properly - any game that has re-bar it will benefit greatly. But yeah all the issues you are experiencing is driver immaturity.. with time Intel will focus on delivering improvements. They’ve already made progress with dx9 and older games too :D
Spot on. Also AMD I feel is not optimized with Intel Arc. Newer do work but I feel paired with Intel the end result is better. Arc rely heavy on CPU so if you have even higher grade CPU it will work a bit better. Drivers also have been doing big jumps just in few months.
Im actually currently building a pc with this exact cpu + gpu haha, wanted to build a small m-itx build becuase my main rig is massive. And i had a arc a770 laying around from launch because i just had to buy it, so i picked up the I3 and the cheapest mobo i could find that would fit the cm nr200p.
Gotta love when you can call a 750 eurodollar PC "budget" and be absolutely right. I3 and a card that sits between 3060 and 3060 Ti really is a budget build but the prices are anything but budget lol. As usual good video, keep it up. And nice to see a normal looking card in 2023, at least Intel cards have that going for them
Does the cpu bottleneck? Is it safe to use a H series motherboard for a770 and a 650 watt 80 plus bronze psu? Thank you! Also if stock cpu cooler is enough? Would gunnir arc a770 8gb oc make any difference?
The CPU won't bottleneck, you could probably get away with a slightly more powerful GPU but any higher you will see bottlenecks. H series motherboard is fine and the PSU will also be fine. I haven't tried the stock cooler but it looks much better than the old stock cooler you used to get with Intel. It will be fine for this CPU as it can't be overclocked anyway 👍
I originally plannned to get a i5 10400f and a basic gigabyte h510m mobo for my new a750... But, should i change that order to i3 12100f and h610m s2h? Edit: i currently have a 550w psu (got from previous i3 9400 rx 580 build) do i need to change that too? I mostly do office work (msword & excel) on the pc and hobby works on ml with python tensorflow Do have time for barely play games maybe twice a week (warzone 2 with homies)...
Love the video, keep it up, but one thing i will say is. I believe that cpu does not have integrated graphics which means you lose out on have deep link with gpu and cpu igpu
I've been trying to decide which graphics card to put my pennies into and so far the A770 is coming up as an interesting contender. Price-wise it's cheaper here than the RTX 3060 and the RX 6600 XT by sometimes quite a bit.
I think it depends on 1, what resolution you game at. If 1440p then I think it does a really good job for the money. 2 if at 1080p, are you willing to wait for performance increases as drivers improve. To be honest I think this makes a great budget 4k card even.
I actually build pcs in America one my best builds for budget is using the arc 770 and 5600g atx format ddr4 1 tb nvme 772 dollars. I could make it cheaper or upgrade Easily with the build one my most adjustable builds
These cards are the diesels of the gpu space. They arent fast, but you can load them down and the pull about the same

Found your channel recently. Good quality content. Keep going 👍
Thanks 😊

i have one A770 le and it´s great cheaper than 3060 issues with 1080p is not a big problem for me
check new drivers for arc
Haha I saw this build on eBay and wanted to see how it performs and it's the man himself. Nice build dude and reasonably priced 👌

@@tomstechtable thank you so much! You really saved my day, no one could answer these questions of mine. I appreciate it 😊❤️.

Yes you are right but I think deep link shouldn't make any difference in gaming. It comes in handy during productivity work.
@@tomstechtable only one way to find out ;)
If I find the non f version for a good price I might give it a go 👍
For warzone you started at 4k, there wasn't any 1080p.
Yes there is ? I showed 1080p, 1440p and 4k from around the 8:35 mark 🙂

I have a power supply of 650w, an i3-12, if I want the video card I occupy a source of 700w?
A 650w power supply is fine 😊
@@tomstechtable Thanks, greetings from mexico
Is 550W enough for arc a750 and i3-13100f?
It is the minimum recommended so you'll be fine 🙂
Can i pair i3 12100f and a750 on a 550w nzxt power supply
That's fine 👍
What psu
Cit fx pro 700w

Can you show me a PCPartPicker list? It sounds interesting
Hey I was thinking about the same setup. Is 5600g & arc 770 a good choice ? I want to play games as well as motion graphics & 3d modelling.
Get the i3 13100f 🤔
I'd like to test It soon. The reason I didn't get it for this build was to save £30 and keep under my £750 budget.
