Fantastic set! I first heard Sally Taylor at a mutual friend's wedding in Chaing Mai, Thailand in 2006 or so. Incredible performer! I met her and her husband I and I soon realized she is a very kind and gentle person. That on this video she's raising funds for handicapped persons doesn't surprise me at all. She is absolutely the genuine article and a great talent!
Basement Days! That was awesome! Such serendipity that the mic cacked out on Ben; they all of a sudden hit their stride, unencumbered by the stage set up. They were finally free to connect with the audience through proximity and a shared desire for the concert to continue, even in spite of the tech problem.
"Basement Days" 15:44 i Love it! great song and entertaining as heck! what a fun time and even though the power went out (P.A. sound system) they both managed to salvage it and turn it into something more... i Love Sally but i like them both in this instance..!
Not something you'd want to see happen (PA going defunct) to that oxford cloth crowd. Background scene: "Stick that little thingy there in that other thingy and see if something happens." Me - I'd probably escape over that immaculate white fence and go into a two-week depressive meltdown. Them: Didn't miss a beat, energized the crowd, and then hung themselves out there to perform You Can Close Your Eyes au naturel. Bare feet with that dress - my kind of people. Loved this!
Mark Erelli ? he's good.. not bad - thanks to YachtingToday for posting this! I'm still wearing the socks I purchased at Ben's ( Sally's brother, Ben Taylor) merchandise table when he was here in KY on the Woodsongs radio hour! He's great too.
business development.........what kind of development? taking what is left of our open spaces for crummy expensive apartment complexes???? i am tired of the rich people......sick of them----look at all of the caring......puke
Sally sings like the child of two great artists....:)
So much soul and passionate beauty from Sally Taylor. There is sweetness, calming serenity and the joy of playing on Nantucket!

What a nice surprise, Mark Erreli!!! Love him so much. Sally sings real nice. What a nice couple of people.
She sings with her mom's style and tone and with the slight sharp raspiness of her dad.
This is wonderful. Sally has stunning talent. Guitar chops are great and her voice is unique and lovely.
Sounds a lot like her mother with a slight inflection of her father.
Excellent! Looking forward to finding more from Sally.
Her voice is a very pleasant blend of some of James and Joni's vocal sound. Enjoying.
She stands on her own two feet, talent and style included. Nice work Sally!
lovely song ....good lyrics and sweet singing & accompaniment! nice harmonies too!
Nice! I'm a huge Sally Taylor fan and this is fantastic!! thanks for posting this!!!
Sally sounds like Jewel. Love her voice!
The whole family is terrific and talented.Love them all!
They sound so good! BRAVO! Great Performance!
I raised my two daughters both with cerebral palsy...real tough road but we did ok....
Sending good thoughts your way.
Thank you for helping children in need... ❤

Just the guitar work is wonderful! Nice voices!
Talented like her parents.

Fab. ST got her own!
Lovely duo
Sally has a voice/sound that is all her own. Ti's lovely. Live is beautiful, but I'd like to also hear a studio recording of this song. Is there one?
She sounds a little like Natalie Merchant.
allllll big Rich people
sounds just like momma
Sally had to have written this...I like that she's comfortable in her skin and with her own artistry despite her biological and nurtured pedigree
She sounds like Carly and James❤
Sally and Ben Taylor, for the ones that can't relate, James Taylor and his kids!
And Carly Simon.
RANDY ALFONSI The guy playing with Sally isn't Ben though right?
and Carly Simon
Pheobes in the crowd!

She takes after her Dad more so than Carly, soft folk music. Mom Carly belt's out strong vocals with her music.
I like this better unplugged!
If I had to compare her voice to anyone, to me, I hear a little likeness to Natalie Merchant.

They sound real to me
Can someone tell me what guitar he is playing?
Mark is playing a custom TJ Thompson guitar with koa back and sides and an Adirondack spruce top. TJ makes GREAT sounding guitars!
Is there gonna be singing in this video ??
For that venue.....your guests should had considered letting them to walk around and mingle......just saying.
Stop that loud clicking! Lol
4 minutes into it and it's all talk . . .
ehh.... not so much.
This Song is what all beginners come up with in the beginning.
Doesn’t sound as if she’s got her Dads or Mom’s talent.
Your very cute sally.
Too much blah blah not enough music.
I prefer her mother Carly Simon

$100.00 a ticket? A little much for some who's only popular because of her parents.
Tbat was terrible
Wow! Must have been 10 or 15 people there! Zzzzzzzz Zero talent!
Someone is jealous.
Bad, she is a bad imitation of her parents
No they didn't inherit their parents' talent but for a couple of amateurs they're ok.
Total crap
