Yeah he explained in a prior video how they used a chunk of his thigh and put it in his cheek for the surgery, it is swollen for a while and as it adjusts to the new location and such it starts to reshape to resemble the face more closely, but they also use more than needed, because in this case, it's better to use too much than too little, and it's hard to tell if it's too little or just right because of the swelling@@ConnerPhillips-nu3cr
he’s gonna have another surgery in which the surgeon will basically “shape/carve” the muscle that makes one side bigger to make his face as cemetrical as it can get

my freind did this he had the same face as you he chewed gum on the oppisite side that was effected it heals faster beacause you're apply mor force on the other side of the mout your brain fouceses on that side more witch makes it stop apply in more blood the lowers blood and fat in you cheek and the gum also helps with your jawline

It's swollen and will go down, but he's also stated he'll have some of the muscle removed since they added w bit too much, but he's not rushing to do it
it's Parry Romberg syndrome, which deteriorates tissue in your face over time in childhood. since he lost a lot of tissue half his face was caved in, and his surgery out tissue from his leg in it, which is why it's swollen at the moment since it's healing. it's a long journey, but if you check his earlier videos from when he first got the surgery done he's looking really good so far
