South Austin Chicago Squatter Hoarder House Cleanout.
Today we were in the South Austin neighborhood of Chicago. The owner of the property had to spend a year in court to evict a squatter who illegally moved in the house and started putting garbage everywhere! We packed 60 cubic yards of junk in to our 50 cubic yard dumpster in just 2.5 hours! Most people don't understand how much space large wood furniture takes up in a dumpster. Its a lot of extra hard work but smashing everything flat makes a big difference!
