Hey Frank, this is the biggest job of this year but not of all time. My record for one 3 flat in Chicago was 15-50 yard dumpsters 20 years ago. It was a hoarder house packed to the ceilings on all levels including the attic.

You repeat yourself way too much. Maybe invest in a a tripod and show yourself putting in work with the crew because from the viewer perspective it seems your just in the way. As far as other angles maybe get a few cheap go pros and fix them in place where they get most of the rooms view then do the editing to make it work, that's what the good UA-camrs' do.
These videos are really the best I can do while simultaneously working with the crew loading and packing all the junk. Our priority is always getting the jobs done the videos are just for potential customers to see what we can do for them also.

I have a question I noticed that your dumpster is a roll off. Is there a reason to why you didn’t drop the dumpster first?
Yes on this job and many other urban locations we work there is not enough space to set the dumpster on the ground so we load it on top. It requires at least 32 feet of driveway space to drop a 50 yard dumpster

Yea they were very happy but there is always the shame factor in having a relative who is a hoarder. That's part of the reason I get very few reviews even though I have helped thousands of people over the years.

Before there was the internet people had to read paper books. Today they are not as common.
It's a pity more of it couldn't have been saved. Looks like a lot of stuff, but it doesn't look too damaged or dirty.
The customer almost died after he got trapped by clutter in his bedroom so this was a wake up call to clear out his living space. There was no time to have a garage sale or donations etc

They run the materials through a conveyor belt and separate all the raw materials that they can recycle.

In an era of shortages, there are none in Cicero, when it comes to junk. I hate organs (thank God my folks never got one). Built in the 60s, but sounds more 1920s-30s. You had no choice, other than to demolish it. Also, what kind of hoarder was this bitch? How many theater-style (opera/sci-fi shit) organs do you need? That's 2-3-4 of them in one unit. It fits the vibe of the place (built in the 1910s-30s), but my God is that stupid.
