This is great content. Started my company in July, we did $975 revenue this weekend in just a Silverado 1500. Still just evenings and weekends while saving for a trailer and figuring out how to scale. Our biggest job so far was $1K and we rented a uhaul for the job.

Interesting! I was surprised to learn that they can even pick up and move a dumpster with a special truck. The idea of donating items in good shape to charity is also commendable.
Well by them donating they get to bring much less to the dump and then not have as much lost revenue to dump fees. Other items they sell is 100% profit and also no dump fees. So yes its "commendable" but also profitable and stupid not to.
Im 25 and trying to start my own junk removal business, Im glad I came across this video. I have a better idea on how to get started and what to expect.
Great interview, my first day today as a truck driver in the waste industry, I’m an experienced truck driver but I have no experience in the waste industry, more various job opportunities in the waste industry also, more overtime too and lucky for me I only live 10mins drive from home to this new job😌
20:11 His dad financed him. Most people have to go to a commercial lender. When those monthly payments for the loan, equipment, insurance, payroll, fuel, unemployment insurance start piling up, its easy to lose sight of your gaol and walk away.
I'm glad you pointed that out because I've been trying to help point out how most people can't do what this kid is doing. Not everybody has Rich daddy and mommy to pay for his business and hook him up with Rich daddy and mommy friends for dumpster rentals and other job. This kid is just another spoiled rich kid. And it's another example of the rich getting richer.
I smelled it from a mile away; I’ve seen kids like him in my hometown many times over the years. Yea they talk the talk, and very well walk it, but it was all given to them by their rich parents. It would take the average guy 10+ years to accomplish what this kid has done in 1 year alone. I respect the work/business model, but I don’t respect him as a self made man. Shit is different when you’ve built shit off your own back..
most people would have been a deadbeat loser given his situation (see Hunter Biden). He started and is running a legitimate business. The fact his dad helped only makes the his story better. It still takes plenty more than just money to keep the business going and actually make it profit long term. Really, you have no idea what you are talking about and should most likely sit and spin.
What an achievement!! Anything can happen if you really want to make it happen!! Thank you for being so informative!! Keep great work and keep sharing!!
More like anything can happen when you have Rich parents buy you everything you need and then set you up with their construction friends contracts for dumpster removal and Rental right off the bat
First time on the channel. I have a few tips. When talking to these entrepreneurs, it would be great to have them breakdown their entire initial process for the startup. I mean from the initial financing, to licenses they had to apply for, to what apps they use to manage the business, tax strategies etc. I say that because other channels do it, and to me it's a huge difference between a guy just talking about his business, vs a guy giving a playbook on how to get in the game. For example checkout channels like Upflip, Jobber, Extra Medium etc. Look at what they're doing and take the best from each. Also, lastly, i think you could add a bit more production value by putting the numbers they mention on the screen with some text as well as like a recap towards the end. Other than that, thanks for the video.
Remember everyone the comment section is filled with real people, for the most part. Reading comments about people starting this type of business with trucks and trailers and even renting U-Haul is the more realistic approach to this kind of life. Not everybody comes from Rich parents to buy them that fancy junk removal dumpster truck. This is only an example of the rich getting richer. Knowing that family personally I can tell you that kid had everything bought and paid from his parents.
