Watching the laborers build the electric motors was fascinating. The skills these people have in the poorer areas, along with their penchant for hard work, will almost guarantee their survival if there is ever an apocalyptic event. Hi-tech will be gone, and these skills will be in high demand to keep our civilizations going! 😮 Their skills will be almost priceless! God bless all!
They should put all that energy into building modern production lines that produce hundreds of times as much, with more precision. As long as they keep doing it this way, they'll never produce enough to provide a modern lifestyle.
There is no way this can be the future of America. Our Gen X and Gen Z population won't do anything like this because it will either mess up their hair, get their hands dirty, or make them sweat.
There's a lot of labour saving possible. The cable shears at the beginning. Two guys? You could easily make a ratcheting version with uses multiple strokes. I even have a tree pruner that uses that principle. Or make an electric version and run a cord out to the area.
You can't damage your eyes watching someone welding on a video. No shield needed. Although most of these guys welding whilst wearing sunglasses can and are damaging their eyes. Yes, most of them were sunglasses. You can tell when the guys walk around a cluttered floor and avoids all the obstacles with their glasses over their eyes ...that they are "Sunglasses". They can see through the glasses clearly. Therefor ZERO protection welding.
That guy removing the rotor shafts with the hydraulic press. He could easily use a drift with a handle on it so he wouldn't have to put his hand in harm's way.
We are the one animal on this planet that can decide if and when to reproduce. To have children knowing that the moment they are born they are condemned to this poverty is beyond comprehension
No safety glasses, no shoes, no underwear, no cutlery to eat, just fingersNo toilet paper, just fingers, just river water to wash clothes and food, these guys are my heroes.
Because they honestly reject western safety ppe completely even if the bosses force certain things on them they refuse to wear ppe like you would see in the west trust me I’ve been involved in production my entire adult life these men will only accept at most gloves and masks maybe goggles to weld but not as eye protection lol 😂 God bless them and God protect them they are wonderful souls
Curious...What kind of motor is being made? Voltage? Cycles/Phases? RPM and Horsepower? Electric motors fascinate me, even though I understand the principals on how they work. Great job, folks! 😊
Didnt' realize until 29:30 that they were pouring hot molten iron and not aluminum! How do you know the difference? Aluminum cannot be red hot and solid at the same time, iron can. When aluminum is red hot, it has to be liquid. That 700+ celsius difference between melting aluminum and iron is huge, not least in the terms of safety!
Poluicao total...😢😢😢
I have watched numerous UA-cam videos from these Pakistanis engineers and none of them seems to be wearing safety boots. Or are the Sandles a must in the requirements list for one to work in these factories? Asking for a friend
That's what I thought. But then I watched some documentary that dealt with that question. It turns out the reason that the human race doesn't bury electrical cables and runs them along towers is that it costs 1/20 the price. When I heard that fraction....I said....okay....now I get it.
Building the electric motors and pumps…Amazing energy and skills, great bunch of workers and excellent filming, but please get some sensible footwear, casting metal in bare feet😢😢😢!!!…horrific!!!!
No safety for themselves, but someone edited the video at the end and put masking on the welding in case it hurt the viewers eyes. That's just hilarious! Do they really think that any computer, phone or TV screen can generate enough light to damage someone's eyes!!!!!
1:07:06 Why did you hide the arc light from the welder, you can't get eye arc flash through a computer screen, a screen just shows it as white and only as white as anything else that's white on the screen.
Čista eksploatacija radnika, kvarnih fabrikanata, trulog sistema trule države. Tope metal a rade u papučama i sandalama.
Talk about health and safety one person spraying wheel barrows with no fucking mask on he's asking for an early grave very sad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there was an apocalyptic event these people would be the first to perish
This is absolutely beautiful scrap metal !

I can't believe the bare footed men walking around in the mold making area. I will say these men work hard for a living.
I didn't realize how fortunate I was until I saw these old and young workers. Perhaps this is future of America.
There is no way this can be the future of America. Our Gen X and Gen Z population won't do anything like this because it will either mess up their hair, get their hands dirty, or make them sweat.
Only if the democrats get back in power...

The splitting mill:
For heaven's sake, put the cables on a table.
Makes my back ache; all that bending!
There's a lot of labour saving possible. The cable shears at the beginning. Two guys? You could easily make a ratcheting version with uses multiple strokes. I even have a tree pruner that uses that principle. Or make an electric version and run a cord out to the area.
hats off👍
If the IMF could buy these guys a few work tables.....I would consider it an excellent use of my tax dollar.
good working environment,,,how lucky they have protective clothing and safety shoes
Not.

Inimatable is right with little expense in labor.
Those guys will wear anything.
They're own, the wife's, whatever. Flip flops and all.

Always power outages. Maybe someday they will get smart and put power underground.
And the ones that come to US end up working at the convenience store. 😳
Pakistanis are the most economically successful immigrant group in the US. Remember....that's the US. I can't speak for other countries.
I guess they don't believe in tables either.
They use God's table. The floor
I wonder what they make an hour for work, there PPE seems like it's in good order ?
"Inimitable" does not mean what you think it means...
I think there union is local 666😊
Judging from the style of clothing, Pakistan ?
No safety for themselves, but someone edited the video at the end and put masking on the welding in case it hurt the viewers eyes. That's just hilarious!
Do they really think that any computer, phone or TV screen can generate enough light to damage someone's eyes!!!!!
I'm thinking the same. Was it some pun move, or did they really think that welding arcs still damage eyes through digital screen?
1:07:06 Why did you hide the arc light from the welder, you can't get eye arc flash through a computer screen, a screen just shows it as white and only as white as anything else that's white on the screen.
Very slow method of cutting laminates. That can't be economically worth it
I don’t no
Now I know where all the stole cables from Eskom in South Africa go!!!
Actually, SA is so corrupt that they probably get sold back to Eskom. But don't worry, they'll probably be sold at a low price.
Everything in this country is worn out

That’s Stone Age shit 😮
I see they weren't going for quality and finish in the wheel barrows. They looked like they will hold up for a good couple of months.
