    Am I the only one that thinks Mike Rasheed is the only person in the world that can use cus words in a professional meeting and it not be offensive?... LOL. The brother comes across as sincere. Good job gents! 👍

      Disagree with both of you, using cuss words and profanity does not make you anymore passionate or sincere...im a Mike Rashid fan don't get it twisted, but you can still do it without cussing.

    • @yourconscience456
      @yourconscience456 6 років тому

      You can do a lot of things without cussing but thats not the point here. Its about communication at the end of the day. If you have a wider vocabulary including curse words and you use it, you are more articulate by definition which increases your ability to express your emotions. Look at Shakespear's use of "bad language". Just because they are called curse words doesn't mean they are bad, it just means theres some stigma attached to them. Context is everything when it comes to communication. When I need to get something done i could say to myself "ok lets get this done" which is like 3/10 for my motivation. I dial it up by going "fuck yea, lets get this" - 10/10. Context also means that there is inappropriate use of the words too, but Mike is positively trying to convey his point of view here. To judge him for his use of language without considering the context is a slipery slope.

    I worked my a×× off about a year with very minimal results but 3 months after tracking macros and getting nutrition dialed in I look like a,whole new person. fat dropping off muscle cuts popping. I was 350lbs now 280lbs.

      @@sceboss after I realized I had crashed my metabolism trying to diet to hard ..earing to low calorie I took 3 weeks and raised calories to 3000. with goal of 300gram protein 100 to 150g carbs 100 to 150 g fat. did this for 3 weeks to jump start metabolism then dropped to 2500 calorie with 300g protein 60 to 100g carb and 40 to 80g fat. I do my best to stay at 2500cal and 300g protein I let everything else work itself out.

    This is the greatest documentation on fitness that has been done. The detail, Mike's putting his UA-cam name as a fitness UA-camr down saying, anyone can do this, this is how. The honesty about fitness here is TBH unheard off.

    What a great episode. I enjoy the new guy in this that talks about health being a primary concern. I think too many people think being muscular and having a low bf percentage is the ideal for good health. This helps show that any extreme is not good.

    Mike you are my fave guru on line ... I have had my best results working under your regime :) .... I also like that you are mega disciplined with no excuses and teach women how to look supa-fly. I'm 52 and diet has a profound effect as I age but I feel great and am always determined in the gym. I have always enjoyed working out and as I have gotten older I do it to look and feel as best as I can. You took ALL the confusion out of what to eat and when as for decades there was a conflict of opinions on diet out there but your program gave me some direction. XOXO - appreciate you mega much.

    I’ve been taking the golden for the past 3 weeks and I’ve started training with a personal trainer. Now I’m no rookie to the gym but I’ve fallen off, so I know the training I’m doing right now I shouldn’t be able to sit on the damn toilet without pain. I’m pain free and my trainer ask me every time we train am I sore. I’m like no, I’m not that bad. The only difference is the golden I’ve been taking. Thank you Mike Rashid, and if you’ve ever been truly sore from working out , it’s damn deflating. You may want to stop, but this damn golden is no joke

    I'm down 103 lbs using IF, been doing it since around the same time you started last year. You mentioned for me to keep in touch, as a big guy started at 430 lbs it's very very hard for us to lose weight the mental thing is much more challenging that most people will ever understand. Like Sean mentioned you have to eat or you will binge. Hopefully Big Mike can stay on point for his nutritional decisions.

It wasn't time for him to change a macro because he's on such a strick diet.

    I had to come a re-watch this video. My issue for me is that I cant seem to eat a lot or take in as many calories (protein, carbs, ect). I'm 299 but I 've dropped from 330. I was able to get to 285 but due to hurricane Harvey I meesed up on my lifestyle because we had to evacuate. Saw I gain 14 lbs but it always fluctuated 299-305 no more than that. I want to get back to 285 then eventually 250. It was very difficult for because I was watching so many methods of what to do and the only thing that work was low calorie and low carb for me. I started at 2300 calories then decreased from that to 1800-1850 but the problem was the low carb. I never tried going over 100 grams of carbs and my low carb days was 50-60 grams. 50 grams made me an animal....lol... I just hate that feeling of anxiety or mood swing at 50 grams but that's how I over came plateaus but it wasn't something that I could keep up cosently. I really didn't see results with carb cycling but I think I just went to hard in the beginning versus gradually working it into my life style. This series and videos are a help if I can just take in a little bit more. Right now I'm starting over with a 40 40 20 split just see to what that can do and will adjust from there. Any advice guys please feel free to respond. Thx.....

      ...which only means in addition to those foods you ate either at maintenance or in a caloric surplus. You don't lose a pound with any food. You lose a pound by eating in a caloric deficit. The vinegar curbs sugar cravings which contribute to over-eating. The salt helps keep your electrolyte balance in check. The turmeric has mild effects on inflammation. Anyone who told you they would make you lose weight should not be listened to.

      Reis Baron. You’re so right. Like me there are many out there that truly believed (I know better now) that using Apple cider vinegar regularly contributes to weight loss. It’s a big seller, and lots of ppl really think it works, just check out UA-cam there are so many vids on here.
