Holy crap. This is definitely a great example of where the Hackintosh Community is headed, especially since Hackintosh capability/reliability and ease-of-use is getting better and better every year.
Esto es lo más fantástico que he visto en Hackintosh hasta ahora. Yo creo que si Apple lanzara un producto así sería incluso mas exitoso que el iPhone. Increíble trabajo Felicitaciones!
I'm afraid not, sorry. I no longer have this device (I have the 2nd gen model now), and it would be piracy to distribute Apple's OS in this fashion. There is a guide for accomplishing the installation on the tonymacx86 site linked in the description, tho.
This is amazing work! Is it possible to select text by simply click-and-dragging? (scrolling being replaced by two-finger scrolling than the typical (windows10) one-finger touch-and-drag?)
Got this tablet pc for 300$ with the keyboard on ebay. Looks like it came out of the box! Cant wait to install mac os on it haha. Knowing how good an old i5 (2c/4t) with a HDD runs on mac os, I bet this will be like a knife in hot butter because of the NVME ssd.
Mine isn't equipped with WWAN. The slot will work certainly, but you would need a driver for whatever WWAN card you have installed. HP says there's no whitelist on the Elite so if you can find an M.2 WWAN card that is known to work you should have no problems. I have no way to confirm it tho.
The stock Intel Wi-fi is not compatible and must be replaced with a broadcom based card. I've used both the Dell 1560 and the Lenovo bcm94352z without issue for both bluetooth and wi-fi. Just keep in mind that the Lenovo card must be notched to fit the key scheme.
It recognizes the keyboard/trackpad as it should, there's no need to reboot, doesn't matter if you boot with it attached or unattached, etc... Battery life is very subjective, it depends on what you're doing. Brightness seems to be the biggest factor, then wi-fi, bluetooth, etc. I've had it last anywhere from 6 to 8 hrs depending, but I don't do anything heavy on it and generally keep the brightness at 40-ish%. Hope that helps.
Does the external display driver work? If I want to have pen pressure support. Is it possible to install the new driver in El capitan? Also, does this driver work for all wacom aes pen? Thinking to buy yoga 730 15 or x1 yoga or x1 tablet gen 3
On this model (gen 1), the front camera did work, it is USB based. None of the cameras work on gen 2 (PCI based) here - ua-cam.com/video/bas67Dhhh24/v-deo.html . I no longer have this model and don't own any TB3 devices so I can't confirm whether or not it works, sorry.
The latest guide for the Elite X2 is here - www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-hp-elite-x2-1012-g1-g2-clover-uefi-virtualsmc-hot-patch.276500/ You should look around the forum though, I'm sure there is a guide for your device.
Zlaven Peric The Spectre's touchscreen is USB based so it is recognized with single touch input by default. You can probably get drivers through touch-base for multitouch as VoodooI2C won't work for you (obviously). They are a bit pricey tho. Unfortunately, the Spectre x2 also uses an Intel wifi chip which is soldered to the motherboard so you would have to use a USB wifi adapter. That's pretty much the reason I chose the Elite over the Spectre.
ua-cam.com/video/7C-oYNPm3bo/v-deo.html The SP3 touchscreen is I2C and *can* be made to work, though customizing it to work like mine does would mean altering VoodooI2C.
Now this is a real iPad Pro!
Holy crap. This is definitely a great example of where the Hackintosh Community is headed, especially since Hackintosh capability/reliability and ease-of-use is getting better and better every year.
dylan bellerose thanks!
But will sadly start dying when macOS goes ARM
@@KevDoy Won't old mac devices with Intel processors still be supported? So I think Hackintosh will still be here
@@KevDoy Your about two years too early 😳
@@ifiwantyoutofeel I tried to tell them. Happy to report I switched to the M1. My hackintosh can’t touch that performance. Bitter sweet for sure.
I can't believe how well optimized this hackintosh is 😮, well done bro 👍🏻
Thanks!

The amount of work I imagine needed to get everything working so well
well done!
very good.
Thank you!
И Членолюбов тут...
This is what I was really expecting from the iPad Pro.. fucking 🍎, step up your game..
this is how the iPad should be..
David Sama I totally agree. Apple freaking blows chunks for never doing this.
Can you upload an image of your hard drive? You can use Acronis to make a full disk image and share it. That would be awesome.

Did has much diference in battery life?
Wow, I actually thought this is a fake like some other videos out there. But since you gave instruction how to do it and so on... Great idea.

That's really a great job, can we arrive at the same result with a Surface Pro?
This is amazing work! Is it possible to select text by simply click-and-dragging? (scrolling being replaced by two-finger scrolling than the typical (windows10) one-finger touch-and-drag?)
Fantastic job! Thank you :D
Just bought my Elite X2 for $600 on eBay, need to find me a fatter SSD now to accommodate both OS.
Derrick Psaros Sounds like a great deal! If you get stuck or have questions, post in one of the install threads I linked and I'll give you a hand.
I really love it. Macbooks don't have touchscreen!!
Amazing job, congrats!
Hey. And you can install it just on ARHOS 90 CESIUM.
God tier experience, wish I had something similar...

what about the lockable keyboard and trackpad do you have to restart for the system to see it each time you undock redock? and whats the battery life?

Woah. Does the finger print scanner work?

How do you take this apart to replace the wifi module? I'm upset that this tablet has touch screen working and not the sp3.

"In fact, other than the SD card and Thunderbolt 3"
so is there USB3 or something?
There are 2 USB 3 ports, 1 of them is Type-C
really cool. Good job
Thanks!
Hey, can you connect it with the keyboard?
Yes, of course, the keyboard / trackpad work just fine.
Why tf does it seem so unbelievably touch friendly
Can you use airdrop?
Yes, of course. That's a function of installing a compatible WiFi/BT card. In this case, a Dell DW1560 which is broadcom based.
Was this a fairly easy hackintosh tablet? It looks amazing!
Dirt simple, just follow one of the linked guides.
This is so much faster than Win10, insane
im going to buy one of these tabs just to do this fuck
Very nice
Amazing '''' Big Like :-)))))))))

Dude. You just shit on Apples face. This is what the macPad should be. Good job.
holy fuck
This must be a iPad Pro
Next challenge: install Gentoo Linux on the thing!
Or how about Linux from Scratch! That would be 10x harder than a Hackintosh!
