- Today's video is all about a Dragon Ball Z game I was looking forward to playing but after spending over 8 hours playing it I found it to be the most boring Dragon ball game I have ever made
Dragonball z Kakarot was not the game i was expecting but that doesn't mean it's bad but for me it's just so boring.
These are my thoughts explaining why.

First time i do not agree with you my friend, but totally respect your opinion.
So there's already games with what you want, so you just couldn't just enjoy it for what it is, an action RPG? It's not boring, you're just not into that, to me it's the only interesting DBZ game because it's not a simple fighter, it's deeper than that, it's not surface value and basic.
This game is the worst dbz game
This game is basically a modern Buu's Fury in 3d. It has the same combat style, just upscale and updated.

100% correct. The problem with this game isn't the premise, it's the execution. They simply failed to execute on the RPG and fighting mechanics. If they had made those properly, the rest of the open world, the fetch quests, wouldve been fine. But the most crucial part of the game, the RPG and fighting, was what was broken.
I think people think this game is boring because they button mash all the time during fights. It's actually decent mechanics for the fighting. You just have to figure out the right moments to snap-vanish
I couldn’t even make it to the Ginyu Force with how boring this game was. I feel bad that I dropped $60 on it when it came out. It’s crazy because I love dragon ball and really wanted to enjoy this game but I had to realize that I was forcing myself to play it and that the game just wasn’t for me.
I still love playing this game till this day! Definitely not a boring game to me but I can understand why some wouldn’t like it. 🤷♂️🫡
Being a budokai tenkaichi fan for years it really hit me in the gut when I noticed just how completely STALE the combat is. You got to do like one of the two combos you can, then ANY TIME they pull out the red aura you can’t do ANYTHING to make them budge. You’re just stuck staring at them until they’re done so you can have another few moments to do the same combo, maybe do one super, then they’re back in that god awful red aura charge and you can’t to ANYTHING again except dodge. Who genuinely finds that entertaining when the source material is all about BOMBASTIC, devastating battles for the fate of the world?
DBZK is so fucking boring, even if you restart and replay the entire game, well that’s after you finish the frieza saga, because then it’s boring
I find it funny how this game got published with major issues and not 1 person in the company thought to call it out before lauch
Completely agree - got it free and was bored after 1 hour with the combat and story was not interesting enough for me. Basically xenoverse offline with even less combos.
This game only had good cutscenes and some cool boss fights everything else was boring
totally agree with you bro, i got to the cell saga and didnt finish the game because i hated the combat and everything took a ton of time to happen, i prefer playing budokai tenkaichi 3 for the story of dragon ball, and it has great combat.

O man if this is a rip on kakarot im kinda here for it, it was a little disappointing with the fighting system
I played the demo and I totally agree. The most I can possibly say about the gameplay is "it works". It really is a shame because they made such a beautiful world.
But the combo system was weak af and the power ups were kinda useless once u get the next one. Kaioken was god awful as an ability.
