Love your reactions.....David Gilmour comes out on stage dressed like he stopped by to fix a leaky faucet, then proceeds to make guitar heaven - no histrionics, dance moves, or crazy facial gestures - just perfect performances every time....He absolutely LOVES what he's doing (it shows), and so do we. True music lovers will be watching and listening to this incredible once-in-a-lifetime stuff 50 years from now, just like they have for the last 30. Most other classic bands do their performance just like the studio version - Pink Floyd takes you beyond the studio versions to places you couldn't even imagine before (The others that come to mind are Blue Oyster Cult and Dire Straits). THAT'S what puts their concerts light years ahead of everyone else.
It's such a wonderful musical gift to all of us that the PULSE concert (s) were so beautifully filmed and recorded for posterity! The quality in all aspects is perfection!
At the end there, that was Gilmour harmonizing vocals on top of his guitar notes. He does that from time to time, and it's pretty unique. Its sounds pretty cool too.
One of Roger's best riffs to open with. He demoed it as a blues number but others had different ideas. Just imagine being on stage and rocking out to that.
Such a great performance! Dick Parry on saxophone; he'd been with them awhile. They were doing Dark Side of the Moon and the next song you hear is Us and Them.
Another great reaction 😊 Money is in 7/8 time signature then goes to 4/4 for the guitar solo then back 7/8 Please react to David Gilmour Echoes live at Gdansk it's amazing 🎶
I really enjoy your PF reactions. I'm from this generation, which means Im old but I've been fortunate to see PF many times over the years, along with many other greats, and there is no comparison to the genius of PF! The amount of talent with these guys was insane and they've never been topped in the concerts! There sound system was unbelievable, literally felt the Pulse concert for days! So good had to see it twice in two different states! I sincerely wish they could still be seen live in concert because everyone should be able to see them live at least once! I have a whole family of PF lovers, including my great grandson who loves Shine On You Crazy Diamond, lol. Imo, best band ever!!
Classic Floyd! Always the best! I love watching the both of you enjoy music when it "moves" you. This is a great version of this song! Listening to Pink Floyd is an experience that everyone should appreciate! So much fun! God Bless and have a great day!🐢🇺🇸
Awesome show and reaction. By-the-way, it's the Love of Money that destroys the person, money in itself is not evil, or 'the root of all evil today' as is mis-quoted in this outstanding song. The Love of too much of anything will corrupt you, is the message.
I have to be honest, I often skip this song in the studio version... I like it but I play it only when I listen to the whole album. But, this live version is amazing, I love the central section, it's a really masterpiece, what a great sound! Love you guys, thanks for this reaction. ❤
You had mentioned a couple of times over different Pink Floyd songs how that sort of "transported" you. If you want a true idea, turn everything off, put on "Dark side of the moon", it will make life clear. All the best. Cheers.
I can’t see any Dire Strats in your list, so can i suggest “Sultans of Swing”, but do the studio first, then the Alchemy live version, as you have here, I believe you’ll have another favourite guitarist to follow, but keep the Pink Floyd coming Please.
Money itself is not evil or even bad, just a clever , useful tool to make trade and barter simpler and fair Our own personal desires and GREED are evil.......if you want to be King or No 1 then first you must take whatever you want and never pay for it. lol
I want everyone to know that ure really not watching the real band Pink Floyd when watching the Pulse tour videos. Rodgers Waters wasn't with them on this tour. Ure really watching a band that's not truly Pink Floyd. Without Rodgers it's a cover band. It's a great video but it's really not PF.
@ArGeRa Sid had nothing to do with this song besides the inspirational part. He didn't write play on any of the songs they performed. He founded PF But as far as that really goes. After his removal from the band he's no part of PF physical wise. Just like this pretend bass player on this tour. Look I'm not a RW's fan but He was the Main piece of PF's success. Not this bass player on this video.
@@kengunter6903 They've played Astronomy Domine at this tour but this wasn't my point. "Pretend bass player", are you kidding? After Waters left the Band he was no more part of Pink Floyd physical wise. Time changes, member changes. This discussion doesn't get any more substantial after 40 years. Gilmour and Mason went on and even brought Wright back. If you listen carefully to Division Bell or Endless River, you'll find heaps of harmonies and picked-up ideas from the 1968-1975 period, more or Pink Floyd origin spirit than they produced together at their later (Waters Ego-) years. Still fantastic albums, no doubt about it.
I cant find the adress to your po box?? it is possible im stupid. I want to send some danish cabdy cholate etc. as promissed but cant find the adress on your instagram. Please help me (: TY for an awsome youtube channel.

Couldn't agree more the best live band I've ever watched in concert!
Pulse, greatest concert of all time !
Guy Pratt (bass player) great Roger Waters replacement & nice Guy 👍
It's such a wonderful musical gift to all of us that the PULSE concert (s) were so beautifully filmed and recorded for posterity! The quality in all aspects is perfection!
....but you can never buy amazing musical talent. This is from within. 🎶🎵
At the end there, that was Gilmour harmonizing vocals on top of his guitar notes. He does that from time to time, and it's pretty unique. Its sounds pretty cool too.
David's guitar play is hauntingly beautiful!
I wonder if anyone realizes how good of shape those lady backup singers are? They dance the whole show!❤
I went to the concert one of the best I ever went to, and have seen Zepplin , Stones and so many more live the production is fantastic
One of Roger's best riffs to open with. He demoed it as a blues number but others had different ideas. Just imagine being on stage and rocking out to that.
I was never lucky enough to have seen a Pink Floyd improvisation. But man what a show they put on.
Such a great performance! Dick Parry on saxophone; he'd been with them awhile. They were doing Dark Side of the Moon and the next song you hear is Us and Them.
Another great reaction 😊 Money is in 7/8 time signature then goes to 4/4 for the guitar solo then back 7/8

I don't care who you are, male, female or any other.... you can't help but crush on Gilmore. Looks and such amazing talent 🤩
when they wind it back at around 9 minutes then just jam till 11 minutes it is just extraordinary!
I just love you guys. You can't find magic like this out there today.

I THINK THE REASON (DAVID GILMOUR'S) VOICE SOUNDS SO GOOD IS BECAUSE THAT HE SPEAKS AND SINGS VERY GOOD ENGLISH
This was a mainstay on the fm radio, back in the day. Love all the comments from your community ❤
So the Pulse Tour in Nashville back in the mid 90's. Super fantastic concert.
What a brilliant concert.
A classic number performed exquisitely. Such a groove and jam. Funky! When you hear them jam like this it is hard not to put them at the top!
This version has the long jam session in the middle part of the song. The sax solo shares the spotlight with the guitar solo.
One of the greatest time signature changes of all time.
I love your reactions and all the informative comments too! Going through your Pink Floyd catalog now and loving the ones I'm not familiar with.
Classic Floyd! Always the best! I love watching the both of you enjoy music when it "moves" you. This is a great version of this song! Listening to Pink Floyd is an experience that everyone should appreciate! So much fun! God Bless and have a great day!🐢🇺🇸

True that. Thank you for watching 😊
Echoes at Gdansk. If no one else has commissioned you to do it already, I will. It's the pinnacle to the Pink Floyd experience.
It is on our list 👍
I LOVE FLOYD LOL GREAT REACTION!!!!
I have to be honest, I often skip this song in the studio version... I like it but I play it only when I listen to the whole album.
But, this live version is amazing, I love the central section, it's a really masterpiece, what a great sound!
Love you guys, thanks for this reaction. ❤
First song I learned on a bass. I was 12 years old.❤😎
You can do MONEY all you want!!! We don't mind!!!😎🇺🇸
🔥🔥🔥
Couldn't be better
Great! greetings from Costa Rica 🔵⚪🔴🔴⚪🔵
Interesting version
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
"Us and them" next ?
It is fair to remember that this song is also written by Roger Waters. For information
The Great Gig In The Sky from pulse also
Great reaction!! Great show! Try US And Them pulse concert.
you might like to listen to the Dutch group "The Cats" with their song "One Way Wind".................a classic to many people
Love the subtitles.
You had mentioned a couple of times over different Pink Floyd songs how that sort of "transported" you.
If you want a true idea, turn everything off, put on "Dark side of the moon", it will make life clear.
All the best.
Cheers.
David Gilmour's voice speaks for itself, sorry couldn't help myself.
First time I heard this version. Wow, love it, even more than the original version.
Music is seductive like money is seductive ..
lost for words (pulse tour rehearsal 1994) next?
Bob Seger... Against The Wind give it listen, tell us what you think!✌️❤
Fine your reactions. Please, Pink Floyd, Echoes Pompei part 2!! May you react? Thank you.
A top notch song by Pink Floyd, but seeing as most of them are multi-milionares, they can afford to give some away.
You know it’s coming. You just don’t know how they are going to get there.
I can’t see any Dire Strats in your list, so can i suggest “Sultans of Swing”, but do the studio first, then the Alchemy live version, as you have here,
I believe you’ll have another favourite guitarist to follow, but keep the Pink Floyd coming Please.
They have done dire straits many times including the videos you are suggesting
Check our videos please. We have so many DS here. Thank you for watching 😊

Our own personal desires and GREED are evil.......if you want to be King or No 1 then first you must take whatever you want and never pay for it. lol
Domenika face gilmour love danger Married 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The Love of money is the root of all evil. Money is sterile by itself, unless its tied to production.
Hello..I'm uncertain if you'll do requests without $'s attached? If so, "Jethro Tull"/Fat Man 'live' in 1999..🤔
watch Roger Waters Pigs(in 3different ones) in the Mexico City 2016 in front of 300,000. fans
This one...but with Candy Dulfer o sax!!! ❤
Or Scott Page on Delicste Sound...
Probably one of a few but I hate this song. Love Pink Floyd but this song ruins Dark Side of the Moon for me
I think you are losing your woman to another man...
Gilmour ,hsce perder la escencia de pink floyd no es el sonido la magia nada que decir es una caricatura del grupo

And Syd Barrett was missing also. C'mon...

David Gilmour kept the Pink Floyd name after Roger left
One of the mainstay fm radio plays back in the day! Great performance! Love the comments from your community.
Thanks!
