- FULL TIME SOLO RV LIVING IN A HYMER AKTIV CAMPER VAN / WHY I BECAME A DIGITAL NOMAD - My video explains why I decided to become a digital nomad and eventually living in a van, solo RVing, and minimalist living. I tell my backstory how I became a digital nomad and what started it all for me to be a nomad in a class b RV. I didn’t always have the courage to be a solo RV women and to be RV living full time. I had never even been RV camping. Solo RV living might be scary to some, I was in the beginning, but solo RV travel has given me so much freedom with minimal living in this camper van conversion by Hymer Aktiv. Full time RVing has changed my life and living in an RV doing solo RV travel, nomad travel, and van dwelling allows me to enjoy freedoms and beauty. If you’re thinking of a solo RV life, RV life, RV Travel, van life, RV living, be a nomad, or want to travel in a van, then watch how it all started for me and how I can help you during your transition. I’m a solo woman lives full time van life.

★ How I Got Started
Hi, I'm Amber and in May 2017 I started this nomadic journey after selling my house and all my belongings to pursue this crazy dream of living out of my RV full-time and traveling all around North America.
After 1 year of traveling, I sold my 26 foot Winnebago Class C RV for a more nimble Class B Hymer Aktiv van. I couldn't have been more excited to continue my second year in a van that allows me to travel to more places and experience more in life.

You are such a lovely, vibrant young women! I enjoy your drama free channel and I hope to meet you on my journey which starts tomorrow!! Yikes! Lol
Your story is awesome! I am middle-aged and would like to travel more. My primary concern is leaving my 9-5 job and finding a remote job. I have several fears, but would like to travel while I am relatively healthy. If you have any recommendations/suggestions for work, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
Thanks so much . I have been contemplating buying an Rv fixing it up and doing it full time. I am lucky to have a work at home job to start. but living here in the boston area it seem a bit scary however seeing other people doing it really helps . so thank you very much ! :-)
Thank you. I totally agree with you regarding fear. I am similar to you in that I don't want life to pass by after working for 37 years at same job. Since laid off, I am looking for a dodge ram to convert. I am married but will travel solo if I have to. Thank you for the motivation
MichelleDJ Amazing that you're going to just go for it despite being married. I have a really good friend that did the same thing and her husband eventually joined her on the road. ☺️
When introducing my husband to the idea of ft’ing, I shared a video with him of a couple who now FT but the wife traveled for quite a while b4 her hubby came onboard. We just celebrated our 1 yr anniversary on the road recently and we LOVE it. When we started, I found myself very aware, painfully aware that I had many, many fears. I have spent the last year laughing in the face of each fear conquered. Not easy but worth every bit.
@@Pamela-ro8vh absolutely amazing
So well said, almost brought me to tears twice. I waited until 65 to retire, and could have done it way sooner, now I look at climbing and long hikes realizing I can’t do that anymore. I’m happy and proud for you, enjoy the ride.
johnru1 Thank you so much and glad you enjoyed my videos. 😌🙏 You can't look back - only forward and do what you can! ☺️
I want to say "Thank You" for sharing your story. My story is close to yours, But mine started to feel the call about 15 years ago. Only in the last 2 years have I got everything ready to go, except my nerves. I was to scared to leave what I knew, But as of today, My life has pushed me to take the plunge. In less then two weeks I will be on the road, headed south to warmer weather. Hope to see you on the road. Love the videos.
Thank you, Amber, for your courage and inspiration. I, too, am an accountant. And I submitted my resignation YESTERDAY at my job of 13 years. I begin a new journey January 21st working remotely full time. I have a plan to be a full time vehicle dweller within 2 years. I’m so excited. Thank you for helping me understand that I can do this. Safe travels, my friend.
Jan Banks OMG!!!!! You did it!!!! I'm sooooo happy for you Jan!!!! I love how you're taking each step and working towards your goal and your dream. Keep pushing forward, don't stop. I can't wait to follow your journey. ☺️
I too am an accountant, and am completely interested in still working as an accountant remotely. I still have about 4-5 years before I can travel since my youngest daughter is still in high school. Would either of you be willing to share tips on how you found a remote accounting job? I did some light online searching for remote accounting jobs, but haven't really found anything. Thanks for the inspiration.
Afro Agee, my new job is not strictly accounting. I’ll be doing some I.T. Work, too. I stumbled on this job by telling a former coworker that I was going to leave my job and was looking for a “work from home” job. It was pure coincidence that her husband was looking for someone like me for his company. So...I would say just put the word out that this is your goal and PRAY! The way this happened for me was definitely divine intervention. Good luck, my friend.
Such a heartfelt video! Thank you so much for sharing Amber and encouraging us to take a leap of faith and live life now! 😁❤️👍🏻 it’s great getting to know you more. 😊
Heather Lucero ☺️ Well, I appreciate you watching and finding some nugget of inspiration. That's all I can hope for and that you actively pursue your dreams! Cheers Heather! ❤️
It takes courage and wisdom to take the path you´ve taken. Thank you for sharing this journey with us.
Excellent video, you are an amazing motivator! I struggle with a lot of fear myself, so it is rewarding for me to listen to your honesty. Thank you so much, and all the best to you on your journey!
Thanks for sharing your story. Not only is it interesting, it's also inspiring. I'm looking forward to what you have in store for us this year.
I appreciate your reasons to go RVing. Right now I'll mention 2 or 3 we have in common. My husband died just short of one year after his retirement--all our plans together went flying out the window. I was devastated. I wanted to do more traveling and take more chances, be more adventurous. His answer was to wait until he retired. After he reasoned with me I understood and I was not working anymore due to health issues. Two days ago I became a great grandmother at 62. I'm free to do as I please as long as I understand and have made peace within myself that no matter what life I choose, I'm willing to happily go down with the ship. I do not want to get any older or sicker having not tried RV life. I have wanted to do this for myself for over a year now. Now, I want to do it for him. I hope I get the chance. I discovered your channel this morning and I think we have some things in common. Good day young lady :)
I love your story! Thank you for sharing! I also LOVE that you are on a quest of the Nat Geo scenic highways and byways! My favorite photos are of the open road!
I found it adorable that someone else can admire and feel so strongly about RV life/travel as I do!
RV life is my dream!
C Me well you are so welcome! Thanks for watching! I'm only 10% complete with the NatGeo quest, but I'll get there eventually! I hope you realize your dreams sooner.
Your story hits my heart. I am that stressed out independent girl with health issues from my stress. I plan in 7 years (once my son graduates) to be in a van. Thanks for sharing your inspiring story.
Betcha grandpa's up there smiling ! Safe journey's !
Congratulations on getting to where so many never even thought about! Thanks for sharing as well.
John P well you are so welcome! Thanks for watching! ☺️
Amber, loved hearing your story and your accomplishment of overcoming your fear. Fear does push us and I always look at obstacles as opportunities. It all comes down to choice. I hope to join your lifestyle in a few years as I retire at 70. As a child, I would spend my days EXPLORING my neighborhood, abandoned houses, forests and hiking trails. I always wanted to see over that ridge. I want to explore more of this country and live a minimal lifestyle. Love to hear more stories of your journey. Happy trails!
Ha! I drove a huge yellow Penske truck from Miami to Los Angeles!
Great job sharing your story. Keep on trucking 😀🦋
Thanks for sharing your story. I can't wait for the time I can RV full time. I am currently taking care of my mom. But I decided to sell my house this year, buy an RV & live at an RV Park in my city! I know people will think I am crazy, but I don't care. I will be able to travel on the weekends & get to figure out RV life in a slow paced way. ❤ your videos. You are an inspiration.
theresa podrebarac that's so cool what you're doing. Yes, just do what you can when you can and keep moving forward towards your goal. You'll get there. Make sure you enjoy the process and the journey along the way! Do you know what kind of an RV you'll purchase?
@@AmberJBaldwin no specific model yet. I have been reviewing small class C's but I also like the Winn 170C. I am trying to stay under 24ft.
I will check out your mini course on expenses, this is one of my dreams to live the Rv life and thank you for the honesty.
You always inspire me and I enjoy following you.
Gwen Mazer thank you so much! You're so very kind. ☺️
Thank you for sharing!!! Your such an inspiration for others!
DNeubert you're so welcome and thank you Dana!
I love your story. I always thought of fear more like challenge. Great video!
Thank-you and May you have an adventuresome new year!!
Janis Aschim thank you so much and for taking the time to comment. ☺️
Thank you for sharing this story. I think a lot of us think about our lives, futures, what we long for and then of course how do we achieve OUR happiness. I think freedom and not being controlled is the most important part of who we are and what we are capable of doing.
Sue Drechsel Yes you absolutely nailed it! ☺️ Freedom and being creative are my 2 main goals. What are yours?
Thank you for sharing your story. It was really motivating.
You are beautiful inside out! I’m very proud of you and happy you were strong enough to do what you did. I wish I could do what you did but I was very foolish when I was young and didn’t go to college. So for now I have to wait until I retire and hope I could get my finances in order to do what you did!! If you are ever around Miami Florida send me a message and my wife and I would love to take you out to eat. Maybe then with some of your stories I could get motivated and accomplish my dream also. Safe travels!!!
Denis Galindo I really hear you and understand what you're saying. However, I believe there's a way to overcome all of that without waiting until retirement. I'm getting ready to start an 8 week boot camp on this very subject and help people prepare financially for full-time travel and how to accomplish their dreams. Thank you so much for the invite. I may be in Florida before summer. ☺️
LOVE this video - thank you for sharing your story - LOVE that you took the time to do the introspection/"inner work" - SO important in life! Really enjoying your presentation style! Looking forward to going through the videos in your channel! Thanks again & cheers, Francisca aka auntifranny
Thanks Amber! A great video. I hope to meet you on the road in the future. Happy trails to you!
Jeanne Lorch Thank you so much and glad you enjoyed my videos. 😌🙏 I'm having more meet-ups along the way so stay tuned!
Thank you for sharing !! I’m fearful of quitting by 9-5 so close to retirement!! I’m dreaming dreaming !! Planning planning for this lifestyle !! Freedom has been on my mind for years now !! Im a nurse and in that process of figuring it out !! Thank you !! For sharing. I really love your videos !! I’m shooting for 3 yrs by 2022 to be out there !!
You’re a brave, courageous young lady, I hope all your new dreams come true
Oh wow, I lived in Seattle for many years also. I left in 2013, but I lived on Capitol Hill for much of the time. When I left I had a small studio apartment that I was paying about $850 for. I moved to Utah where the cost of living was lower, but by the time I bought my RV I was paying almost $700 for my apartment there. I've lived in my RV now for a year, I bought a used older class C and added a 400 watt solar setup, and it's paid for itself already living in it for that year. I've only just hit the road about 3 weeks ago, I was stationary while I learned how to live in the RV and did some renovation and preparation work.
Wow when you showed your grandparents, for a split second I thought it was you.
Sunshine 2019 oh wow! :)
Thanks Amber, very inspiring! There is no gain where there is no risk. You have nothing to fear. Safe travels......
Frank P YES!!! You're so right! Thank you for that reminder! ☺️
Hi Amber- your story resonates with me-I sold my house the day it went on the market for well over the asking price and had only three weeks until the closing. I bought a much smaller rig, a T@B teardrop and left a week or so later. That was last June and now 6 months later I’m so happy and have seen such wonderful things. I am older, had been retired for five years, went through some health issues, and just realized if I didn’t do this now, I never would. I have a small Puerto Rican “sato” black and white! Seeing your dog run on the same Oregon beaches mine ran on last fall in Oregon is wonderful.
Your comments about community are spot on and the one thing I’m lacking. The people I meet are friendly, warm and supportive but I’m not connecting the way I know I need to do. Enjoying your videos!
Wow...This is FREEDOM! Thanks for telling us your story, very inspiring. ❤
The Maven well you are so welcome! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing your story. You’re part of my wood stock for the fire I have inside and will soon be making the transition to Rving. 🌈👍🏼
You can do it!
Hi Amber,
Another great motivational and inspirational share. The things that you share are certainly true for most of us that do the grind, the time and pray that there will be enough residual left to pursue those meaningful dreams. The stress that you describe, I can certainly recognize the damage at a given point in my own life. I am working on my annual budget this month. I will take a look at your course.
Keep living in with your "attitude of gratitude". life is enriched with it every step of the way! Have fun!!!
Very inspirational! Thanks so much for sharing your story!
Chris Crenshaw well you are so welcome! Thanks for watching! ☺️
Awesome video! Thanks for sharing your story and being authentic. We're hoping to take our gig on the road as well!
Good luck!!
Thanks for sharing. You're brave and an inspiration.
I just love your videos..so enjoyable to watch. No drama, interesting content , wonderful scenery and excellent video editing . They also exude a classiness to them, that most of the other channels out there, don't have. You and Lilly are just adorable..my daughters name is Amber, she's around your age I'm thinking :)
Thank you for sharing your path to freedom. I follow your videos with interest !
Marc Gielissen well you are so welcome! Thanks for watching! I really appreciate you stopping in to comment.
Just found your channel - thank you so much for sharing your journey and your joy :). You are an inspiration!
Theresa Brown thank you so much for taking the time to comment. Hope you enjoy my channel. ☺️
Next school year will be my last year of teaching after 20 years in the same district. I don’t have the drive or determination I once had. Still love the kids and families but admin makes the job more difficult than it should be. Thanks for sharing your story. You know how you hear exactly what you need to hear at exactly the right moment? This is one of those moments for me. Over the past month I’ve had little things happen, pointing me in the direction I want to go but I’m full of fear. Leaving a “traditional” life for the life of a modern day nomad brings a certain amount of fear. You’re proof that it can be done and done well. Thank you. ❤️
Thank you you have been an inspiration to me I love the channel you have inspired me to start my own channel i hope to grow and be successful as this channel just wanted to thank you be well.
Great video. Proud of you!
Life Is Short-Make It Sweet Thanks so much! ☺️ Also, I just released my new video. If you have time, go check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/ugWvVJnUPgU/v-deo.html
Your grand parents are gorgeous and you are so honest and we'll spoken I just subscribed hoping to see real life on the road...future full-time van girl
Love your story and I got teary-eyed with you. I've been trying to get my husband to enjoy life more with me since I took a 'tin handshake' two decades ago. Though he can now retire, he seems hopelessly tied to his stash and cannot downsize easily like I did. He's got expensive toys to support. lol But he never stops me from following my dreams, which I've been doing happily, until lately, mostly from our summer cabin. Now I want to travel more... maybe indefinitely. He laughs, because he knows I love my cabin, but I'm hoping to set an example so he can more easily let some things go. I've downsized my toys to a pedal-kayak and a recumbent tadpole trike for my traveling lifestyle. Rather than heritage routes though, I will be hopping from cycle-trail to cycle-trail and hand-launch to hand-launch. I am still tying up my own loose ends--van repairs and home base security, but my doggies and I are almost rigged and ready to be, at least, snowbirds. I sure hope we meet up with you some day!
Thank you for sharing your story.
Penny Messer ☺️
Thanks Amber for your wonderful story!

My time will come. You new subscriber
Super G what an amazing story you already have there! Congrats on your impending retirement and being able to get out there and RV soon. It will be here quick. aaww..thanks for the subscribe too. I hope you enjoy the rest of the videos as well. I'm in Alaska now! I really recommend everybody come here! It's beyond amazing.
I finally made the distinction between fear and concern. For me that was huge. I am concerned about many things my fears are extremely few. Motivation is something else entirely. Being in my 60s has taught me the difference in myself personally. Good luck in your travels. God bless
Chantelle New Thank you so much and glad you enjoyed my videos. 😌🙏 Yes you're so right there is a big difference between fear and concern.

Loved the video , it's true your doing something so many including myself want to do , but fear holds us back . I own a small camper and travel away at weekends only ,but wish I could do exactly what your doing . All the best with your travels.
I'm the same bud wish I could stay in mine full time but things get in the way...no better feeling than being free hey..

Great story. Many parallels with my own. You seem so stress free! Love your videos. Thanks for sharing your inspiring story ! 😘 🚐
I started tearing up too when you talked about getting in your RV! So happy for you and inspiring!
Natasha Arnall - thank you so much for taking the time to comment and for watching. Are you traveling? What are your goals? ☺️
@@AmberJBaldwin I am working on getting to full time RV. Lots of things to put in place. :) I have my trailer (home) and my goal now is to get a truck. Maybe I'll see you on the road sometime. :) Thanks for sharing your story!
Yes, girl! Been bingeing the videos (while examining my own escape plan) and it has been abundantly obvious that you are less stressed and more happy. Didn't comment because I know you read all of these and I didn't want to take your time. I'll be doing it differently, but I'm definitely stealing some of your ideas!
Anyway.... you're a beautiful soul and I appreciate you sharing.
They're such happy people! I'm bingeing these videos too.
Your share gets..”Aspire To Inspire” Of mentoring others who dream this dream you are living now! You are a great motivator! My Navion Winnebago With Tow Sonic gets big for me ...thinking about your vehicle! ❤️❤️👍👍👍
B’s Outdoor Adventures lol....You have B envy! lol Thank you so much your comments are so kind.
Amber, I LOVE your story! I've been watching your videos for hours & you've helped to calm the fears I have as a single woman who's not as strong as she used to be. I've been thinking about a tiny house for a long time but I was talking to a stranger in a shop I frequent & mentioned that what I would Love to do first is to travel to the many sites around this country that I haven't seen yet! Then I can decide where I want to stay for a while! Then I had a dream last night that I was actually in the middle of purchasing an RV but there was so much to do to actually make the transition!
I'm taking my retirement @ 62 instead of waiting for later. You have given me the inspiration to make my next dream come true! The last one was living in HI for 2 years, which was Wonderful, but I had NO idea what I was getting myself into & want to be Prepared for my next adventure! Thank you So much for sharing your story with us Amber. You are truly inspiring! :)
Wow Alaya! I’m so grateful for your kind words and reaching out. You can do this too and prepare for it. One step at a time and you’ll get there. It really is an incredible life. It has its challenges at times like any other thing in life but overall I wouldn’t trade it in right now. Loving life.
@@AmberJBaldwin I just recently learned about the possible bankruptcy of Hymer North America. I can't figure out what happened with that. Could you send me a link? Are there any dealerships here now? I live on Tennessee. What would be a second choice you would suggest otherwise? Thanks so much for your help Amber! It's gonna be awhile yet to prepare, but I'm going nowhere without a van!
💞
"I had to actually go get some new dreams." I love this. :)
Cindy Bidar :)
Oh my gosh....I have those same feelings of not being happy inside even though I have things others would love to have. I still feel that emptiness. That's why I am doing my research
Nice to meet you. I just subscribed. I like your style.
I love the quote you put up - I have it framed in my home ✨. Absolutely Loved this video, you've given me so much inspiration!🎉. I tend to over think things. One of my goals for 2019 is to trust the process & just do it⚡️. Happy New Year to you😎🚐🌸
Andrée Marie Oh wow that's so cool that you framed it! Yes you are so correct. Sometimes we try to analyze each situation from all angles to mitigate issues, but sometimes you just have to dive in with everything you have and enjoy the journey. ☺️
Very inspiring, thank you.
Jacqui Tavis You're so welcome and I'm happy you found some inspiration in my story. ☺️ Are you traveling now or have a dream you want to pursue?
Very inspiring story
Amazing story Amber.

Thank you for your story
After three years full-time in my class C I am also looking to downsize still working full-time in EMS so I work 48 hours shift and have five days off able to travel enjoy life and have a comfortable income looking to change that in the near future thanks again for your story
Very open, honest and warmth coming through on this and other videos. Thank you so much for sharing...I was particularly interested in your budget video's where you break down your needs and what it costs. I'm assuming you purchased your Hymer outright since you don't include a car payment. They're beautiful, but expensive! Thanks again :)
Great story. Great principles. I share many of them. You look great btw. Rock !
Awesome! Thank you! I really appreciate your kindness.
Hi, Amber. Thanks for sharing a more in-depth version of your story. I was intrigued with your success in manifesting your dreams. Maybe you could share more of your strategies with us...perhaps, manifesting your dreams could be your next course? Also, I haven't seen you post a budgeting video in a while. Now that you're not doing Patreon, would you mind sharing how you are generating income? I always like to see Lily, and that photo you included of her was hilarious! Safe travels!!
Great Story Thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it! I hope you're doing well.
I’m headed to the Tampa RV Show in a couple of weeks. I am so stoked. 😀👍🏻
Jody's Journey Oh wow..You're going to have so much fun. Are you researching still or ready to buy? ☺️ Remember that you can negotiate 20%-35% off of retail price.

🍀Simply inspiring🙏
Tony Rain - awwww..thank you!!! ☺️
Very well said!
You are fortunate to have done it now while you are young and no kids or family to discourage you. I am 67 and finally ready to take the plunge (selling home in Spring/Summer) and buying a RV (still comparing now) and will be on road by Fall 2019! Never too late as I am healthy (a bit overweight and out of shape) and will get fit in process of getting ready and then on road. Thanks for sharing as I love your perspective and willingness to take advice of mentors and others you trust. ME TO! GO Girl!
Do it now. I'm ten years younger than you and just had open heart surgery. That was my wake up call! I'm on the road this year before fall too. Best of everything to you.
Thanks so much for your encouragement Sue. Hope to see you on the road!
Pamela Quesnel Yes I didn't have those things in my life, but you work with what you have and then keep pushing forward. Sounds like you are headed that direction and are determined Pamela! Keep it up and don't wait!
Sue Moore Sorry to hear this news about surgery. I'm glad you've recovered and are now pursuing your happy! ☺️
Girl... that was a great video! Love your story... can so relate. How amazing to look back at those individual decisions and see how they all panned out and now you're living the dream. How cool is that! P.S. Love that you had an Element... that's what I drive. Got a camping trip planned for the weekend in the teardrop. Enjoy your time in the desert and safe travels!
Susan F - Don't you love those Elements? What year? ☺️
@@AmberJBaldwin Yes! 2011 LX Sport. They were made to be a new version of the old surf cars from the 60s to camp on the beach and elsewhere. I took the 2 back seats out for camping gear. It's charcoal grey.
Thank you so much for inspiring me.
Oh wow so glad you were inspired. What does it inspire you to do if you don’t mind me asking?
@@AmberJBaldwin Getting over my fears of becoming a nurse. I am finished with RN classes. Just need to pass exit exam which I have taken once ,and I failed due to anxiety and fear.
Awesome!
I always liked your honesty
Zoltan Szabatin Thank you so much and glad you enjoyed my videos. 😌🙏
Wow, that gave me goosebumps. Thank you for sharing your story. It's good to hear what made people seek this way of life. Leaving a good job can be very scary, but after that fear the release is amazing. I used to take melatonin to sleep but once that stress was out of my life, slept like a baby. I plan on being free of the house and out on the road soon. Sorry for the loss of your Grandfather but glad he got out there and traveled young. I feel that same way, we think we have all this time but what if you don't. I'm not in to the house and etc. either. Just got your free course and looking forward to checking it out.
Thanks again, very helpful and inspiring! :)
tinabeane thank you very much for taking the time to comment and share as well. That's incredible that you can sleep so much better now once the stress was gone. Was that also related to your job?
@@AmberJBaldwin yes it was related to work. Such a release once I left, the exhaustion was unreal. I knew that I was stressed out but honestly didn't know how much until I no longer had it in my life. I'm okay but like you had two health items that was related to all the stress I was under. Made me think what if I have a heart ache or die, this is not worth it anymore.
You are a beautiful person! Stay strong, stay healthy and stay happy. I only wish I have your will and your freedom. I will be able to do what you are doing one day... just not yet.
Great content. I still have a lot of debt to take care of before I live the nomad lifr but I sure am learning a lot from you.
caling98 being in debt doesn't mean you can't be a nomad. If it's cheaper for you to live as a nomad, then maybe that's a better option for you and you can pay down your debt quicker. Have you taken my free budgeting course? www.storychasing.com/course
nice true talk keep it going well said
😀 Thanks for watching and commenting !
What a beautiful storie !!!
Marieline Juillard Thank you so much and glad you enjoyed my videos. 😌🙏
I've replied on other vlogs about young people going out and living life backwards. I am 58 yr old and from starting over in so many jobs ( due to lay-offs ) and a divorce, that a pension won't be there for me. So even the best planning can fall out from under you. My line of work ( industrial mechanic ) has left me with bad knees, back, you name it, and it hurts. Doing something like this at a younger age is how it should be done. How many people wait, work, and worry their young years to one day enjoy THEIR time, only to have the rug pulled out from under them. You are doing it right.
martin mcquaide Thank you so much for your kind comments.
As I was hearing your testimony on how you started rving made me stop what I was doing cause you was telling my story you see since I was in my 20s I have always wanted to rv but I did the save things you Did I bought the house raised my kids till they got married took care of my parents till they passed away retired and now I have my rv a class c winnabago and fear is keeping me from going out alone. I haven't gotten to where you were about just doing it but it's getting closer and closer but hearing you has given been giving me courage to do it. I guess my biggest fear is if I get some mechanical problem with the RV and stranded in the middle of nowhere alone. I'm planning on starting this Oct. You see I'm in Michigan and just thing on the winter coming is giving me thoughts of doing it. I just wished I had someone to do it with for the first time. So thanks for sharing your story. I'll let you know when I'm on the road and start doing my dream
mercedes quinones Thank you for your sweet and kind comments and also sharing your story! It really means a lot to me. ♥️ You can do this!
Hi Amber! I am new to your channel and have been making my way through your videos. Firstly, let me say I love your style of documenting your travels. I have so many new places on my "must see" list now. I am currently living in a 26foot travel trailer with my husband and four cats. We are stationary for now, as both my husband and I are still working full time. If it were up to me, we would quit our jobs today, but my husband is dead set on us finishing up our jobs (both work for local county government), so that we both get our full retirement and pensions. This makes me sad because I am so ready to travel!!!!This video was so meaningful and has only reignited my desire to hit the road asap, so I am putting my nose to the grindstone and WILL manifest my dreams asap!!! Thank you again for telling us your story. I am sure you inspiring so many!!!
You are amazing!
James Johns well thank you for your kind words! ☺️
Brilliant video
So true
Too many people spend too much of there money paying rent instead of living there life
Many people earn low money with rent soaring out of control which creates financial difficulty
People wait too long to make sure everything is just right etc
One of my fave UA-cam videos is about the guy who traded a red paperclip via a series of trades for a house
He looked at a red paperclip and said he'd start with that
People are starting to use what they have and look at that car on the driveway and are starting to say I'll live in that and straightaway they save a years rent which they can put towards paying off debt or buying a bigger vehicle to live in but straight away they are free of accruing more debt which gives them the ability to be free of the ratrace
Thank you.

Carrol Moxham well you are so welcome! Thanks for watching!
Hi Amber! Loved this video and chance to get to know you better...I’ve followed you for quite some time now and really admire how you are living your dream. Would you share your sources for learning to manifest? I think I’ve come close but can seem to “close the deal”, lol! Safe travels and Happy New Year!
Carol Haralson thank you so much! ☺️ I'm actually creating an 8 week boot camp that will discuss this very topic. Would you be interested? I'm pricing it at around $97 where there's a live group call once a week, private FB group where we can support each other, and possibly a one-on-one call with me for a select few. Thoughts?
YES, I’m in! Let me know when the course is ready😊
Wow, I loved this video. I am a 63 year old Granny who is in the process of converting a 21' shuttle bus. My fear is this: When I get behind the steering wheel and off I go...where do I go...where do I park at night? Kind of weird, that a person works so hard and invests alot into getting ready and then you drive away...YIKES
Amber, you mentioned your escapers group. Can you tell me more about it? It sounds like a good fit for someone like me who is preparing to full-time RV by myself.
