If your new to rigging soft plastics it might be worth buying some little rattles to put in the tail some people swear by them and others don’t really mind but worth a go 👍

I love you guys, I have just started fishing a few months ago and me and my dad have only caught 1 fish on a float (pearch I'm pretty sure) and you guys give good advice. I just started doing lure fishing as I just purchased a bait caster and you guys help me out no matter what type of fishing it is. all though I have not caught a pike withing the 5 times I have lure fished, you guys are a massive help! just one question, around this time of year what depth of a canal should I lure fish for a pike and pearch things like that?

Great vid lads is it possible instead of using a split ring you could just crimp on the trace in the hole that you clip your wire on to wou,d that work

would you advise pike lure fishing right now during winter?
I like to kind of double the wire up by going through the terminal bits twice with the wire, prior to crimping just incase the crimp fails 👍👍 I'm never 100% happy with crimping with the wire only through once. Think it's called a slip knot method
Where can you get those weighted screw in jig heads? Our local tackle shops don't stock them

You could try some large spinners, spoons, plugs or crankbaits! It will all work on the right location :)

Hello guys just wondering if I would be able to use 15lb mono mainline to pike fish?
Yep should be fine mate. Bite indication is better with braid as there is no stretch, but mono will do. :)

Hi Ducky. It's an Abu Garcia 5601C4 reel and an 8ft Gunki Iron - T rod with 40-140g casting weight

I use a 80lb braid main line is that to much?
Can’t really be too heavy with braid, mono starts to get a bit too thick to cast at about 18lb though!
Hey bros, here is a topic for tutorial: how to make a proper combo of rod and reel in relation to weigh intended to be cast, and most importantly - how to choose the “weak point” in the system: is it line, swivel, carabiner or even the hook?
What If you can only use a single hook not a treble
little critique, 20cm of wire isnt gonna work for every lure its better to adjust your hook on the wire to fit the lure before crimping :)
