Thank You! I've done 35mm shooting for decades, but I'm way behind with this sort of thing even though I have DSLRs and post processing software. This will be more difficult for me than for millennials, but your video helps more than a lot of videos where the instructor assumes that you know more than you do.

Superb Video. Well explained. I have two concerns.1st one is as follows: How have you treated the tripod(Got rid of it) in all the panoramas? And secondly a little bit confused on the positioning of the 6 panoramas while clicking each one. In such a large lobby area are the pictures overlapped especially while taking the 1st shot in the 2nd panorama? I am puzzled there as to how you did it..
    Please advice.

Hi. great tutorial. Can any one tell me what model tripod and device is used here that is attached around the lens? I can't find one that clicks into place when turning the camera 90 degrees. any help appreciated. Thanks

Truly great stuff! Can I use a wide-angle, say, 12mm instead of a fisheye for this application?

Hi, very nice tutorial. I am new to creating virtual tours but a lot of my potential clients ask for it so I decided to learn how to create it. My question is you create your panoramas in this software you showed - PtGui. However, my camera has a panorama setting (I use Nikon D3200) does it mean I do NOT need to use PtGui and can just create my panoramas DIRECTLY in my camera and then just create the virtual tour in Google just as you showed in the tutorial. Thanks again for the tutorial and I hope to hear from you soon.

Pano mode in your camera will not create 360x180 photo. You need stitching software for that.

Excellent video. Is it possible to use Nikon 14 mm lens instead of a fish eye lens. Also, may you please let me know the exact model of the Arcatech ball head? I tried Arcatech spherical and no luck. Your reply will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    Hello!
Thankyou for this soo helpful video.
I did Shooting , Stitching and also uploaded my Panorama in GoThur. But I can only see the 1st picture and not the other 3. What can be the reason behind this?
Kindly help me out with this.

Why do you use iso 400 if you can shoot iso 100 and get a better quality? Why do you use f8? According to depth of field calculator you can use f5.6 with this lens and have everything in focus, check out hyperfocal calculator, with f8 you must use a longer shutter speed and get more noise, also at f8 you loose detail because of difraction, check out difraction values for your camera. Also i suggest bracketing RAW files and create HDR in lightroom for better quality and editing instead of HDR JPG created by camera.

TDA z its lighting issue the more iso the brighter. you can also edit to lightroom or photoshop

@@itsnottoolate4199 More iso gives more noise, you can use longer shutter speed with iso 100 and get a bright picture with less noise!
