Learn how to make homemade English muffins
Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-2g decarbed flower (ground very fine)
2 1/4 tsp yeast instant or fast acting one package
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup milk (180ml)
1/2 cup water (120ml)
3 tablespoons butter or cannabutter
1 egg, room temp
▢cornmeal for dusting or Semolina
Instructions
Canna Flour: Combine the all purpose flour and 1-2g of decarbed flower, finely ground up. Run your flour and flower through a sifter 2-3 times, to ensure it's well combined.
In a bowl or glass measuring cup combine the milk, water, and sugar and stir together. Heat in the microwave 10-20 seconds for tepid liquid. Add the yeast and stir once more. Set aside for 5-7 minutes or until foamy.
Mix flour and salt in the bowl of your mixer and whisk together
Mix the egg and melted butter into the yeast mix ,then slowly pour the liquid into the flour mixture while mixing on low. Increase the speed to medium high and mix for about 7 minutes or until the dough is elastic and smooth.
Transfer to a large oiled bowl and cover with plastic. Allow to double in size in a warm spot.
Transfer the dough to a floured counter then gently spread out and pat down until about an inch thick. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Use a 3 inch round cutter to cut your muffins then gently transfer them to the prepared baking sheets using a spatula or your hands. Re-roll the scraps and continue cutting until the dough is used up. Cover loosely with plastic and place in a warm spot to rise for about 30 minutes.
Place a large skillet over medium low heat. When the pan is heated add a sprinkling of cornmeal and carefully place 3-4 muffins on the pan. Cover and cook for 7-10minutes. Flip and cook for another 7-10minutes.
Clear the old cornmeal off the pan then add a fresh sprinkle and cook the remaining muffins. - Навчання та стиль

Hello, I've been wanting to ask you something for a long time, I always bake hash brownies and I take 8 grams and heat them in butter over a water bath for 2 hours without decarboxylating it first, because I once read that you don't have to do that with hash. Then I put the butter in a brownie baking mix and bake it in a preheated oven at 130° for 35 minutes. Is that right? I don't get that high like i should 😮
