    This is so important, but I also think there's a big difference between having a 90 day induction plan and having a good plan!
    I have worked at companies with these plans, one of them was soul destroying 😂 it was a month of (almost solidly) being expected to watch corporate training videos in all sorts of random topics, then month 2 of having random calls with teams who would often say on the call that we'll likely never work together or speak to each other again. Then month 3 with more training videos!
    A bad induction can definitely leave people wondering why they joined a company!

      Ah fully agree! I have also done the corporate one, it needs to be built by the individual manager to be helpful
