I just wanted to thank you for these videos. I’ve been doing them everyday for the past several weeks and they are the only think that have made me consistently be active. I can feel myself getting strong for the first time in my life. I love that you make them approachable for people with no experience. Your dance videos are what I started with but now I do all of them! I’ve never been this confident in my fitness before and wanted to thank you 😊
@@sierra0099 I think it's much more harder to lose weight without a healthy diet. If you're considering to work out only, you will gain muscle mass and become more toned :] however, that's my personal experience/ every body is unique
Not a diet, a whole lifestyle change. I tried the dieting thing for years and it never worked because it wasn’t sustainable. Now I eat in a calorie deficit and very loosely pay attention to macros

Did this workout yesterday; at the time, the burn wasn't too bad. Now it's the next morning and I can't pull myself up out of bed, and my buns are sore. It's a sleeper blowout! And a very good one at that 😅

Repeating the supersets 3 times was a real legs burner. I'm glad these split squats didn't include a weight lol. My only struggle was not to let my back slip from the bench in these thrusts 😩. Thanks for another amazing workout Maddie! 💕

Repeating the supersets 3 times was brutal and made the workout really difficult to want to finish. But I love her vibe and love most of the videos, I just won't be doing this style again.
omg I jus wanna say I love ur workout videos bc I had to stop working out and I'm on day 3 of getting back on track and you inspired me to work I can't lie today I didn't want to workout but I started looking at ur videos and next thing I know I was working out I do the 15 min abs and booty then I do this one then the 20 min full body and those have been getting me back on track so thank you and I love the app
I really don't like the supersets....however, it kicks my butt and I have some muscle soreness the next day (which I love cause I know it is working). I love the variety of videos you have and the challenges they provide.

But for the second leg exercise using the chair where you cross your legs over, please can you give an alternative without a chair as I do my workouts in the garden and I haven't got anything comfortable enough to lean my back against. I ended up improvising with one leg glute bridges and then realised that was the next super set so had to improvise again haha Thank you for your amazing videos ❤❤

This was a challenging workout. I generally love your video’s. Saying you can do those hip thrusts with a normal chair isn’t accurate. Someone’s going to get hurt trying.
