I think they accepted way before the controversy, because in a video , they were asked how much time did they prepare their Coachella stage ,yunjin said that they had to jingle with several schedules like award shows /comebacks/Coachella. There's a group called NMIXX that has one of the best live vocals, and they have a few of these encore stages at the same award show. They also do the choreography to the song. I suggest you to check out their Dash encore stage at the MCOUNTDOWN, they went viral because of that :) Edit: they have stage practices, which are basically a rehearsal for live stages, where they sing and dance at the same time, I recommend the ones for 'Dash' and 'Run For Roses'

LE SSERAFIM is under Source Music, GFRIEND's old label, and they are one of the best 3rd gen groups, vocally, but after HYBE aquired them, they've focused way more on dancing than on vocals, even tho gfriend was known for performing perfect choreography blindfolded, in 2x speed, as much as they were for their vocals

Big companies debut pretty looking idols who are not ready to perform and yet get instant unconditional fame, while so many other artists who actually put hard work into perfecting their voice struggle to get recognition. We shouldn't say "that's ok" we shouldn't settle for mediocrity when K-pop used to be known for artists who trained until perfection in order to even start their career and now groups like Lesserafim go to world-class festivals and make people question if K-pop really is a thriving music genre or a bunch of auto tuned dancing influencers without singing skills.

As a fan, like, I totally agree that they definitely have a long way to go vocally but the sheer amount of hate that people are just dumping on them is so blown out of proportion. If people are going to criticize them, they should really be criticizing HYBE! Talent is one thing but anyone can become proficient in anything with the right training and practice so why is it that Le Sserafim isn't getting that training and the resources they need to become better vocalists? There have been many artists I dropped because they weren't growing with their music or improving their sound over time its simple. I think the group does have time to grow and perfect their craft if given the right resources and only time will tell if that happens. I wish nothing but the best for those girls going forward.
Encore stage are now the only stages that you can be 100% sure are live in kpop (there is no backing track or pre-recorded vocals). That is why people use it to measure the vocal talents of group. Unfortunatly Le sserafim is not the best group in this area, I think they know it and that is why they are not comfortable on stage. You should try to listen to NMIXX Dash encore stage where the NMIXX girls sing in the same settings as the video your watching. NMIXX is one of the best group when it comes to live vocal in kpop!
Hi. I wanna share some tips about utube. You can backwards-pause-forwards 10 secs using J-K-L on the keyboards. Left arrow/Right arrow for skip to 5 secs. It's much more convenient than using the mouse 😉.
pretty sure that you're not supposed to be pitchy the whole song, and usually a decent singer is only pitchy once or twice in a song. also other girl groups have had trouble hearing themselves in the past like dreamcatcher but still managed to sound good during their encore stage, so it seems like lsf just lack in vocal training. you should react to a dreamcatcher encore stage. i know you're trying to be nice to appease their fans but honest criticism is always best
No, the shame is any artist/group debuting under hybe gets instant fame bcuz of hybe's power & influence & money. Since they can simply buy all that they focus more on having good looking idols debuting & they'll add 1 or 2 idols to carry the vocals for the whole group.
HYBE is highly utilized by agencies under it, such as ador, and source Imagine they upload their debut MV on their own channel I wasn't sure they would be as famous as this Lessarafim is very different from Gfriend who crawls from the bottom😂😂

Singing is a skill that takes training and practice and should be done frequently to keep improving your vocals. I myself am not a huge fan of the group (I have just followed Sakura since her J-idol days and izone) and the hate people are dishing out is unnecessary at the end of the day when they could just stop listening to the group. There have been many artists I dropped because they weren't growing with their music or improving their sound over time its simple. I think the group does have time to grow and perfect their craft if given the right resources and only time will tell if that happens. I wish nothing but the best for those girls going forward.
Encore stage are now the only stages that you can be 100% sure are live in kpop (there is no backing track or pre-recorded vocals). That is why people use it to measure the vocal talents of group. Unfortunatly Le sserafim is not the best group in this area, I think they know it and that is why they are not comfortable on stage.
You should try to listen to NMIXX Dash encore stage where the NMIXX girls sing in the same settings as the video your watching. NMIXX is one of the best group when it comes to live vocal in kpop!

Hi. I wanna share some tips about utube. You can backwards-pause-forwards 10 secs using J-K-L on the keyboards. Left arrow/Right arrow for skip to 5 secs. It's much more convenient than using the mouse 😉.
Nmixx encore is soo good
pretty sure that you're not supposed to be pitchy the whole song, and usually a decent singer is only pitchy once or twice in a song. also other girl groups have had trouble hearing themselves in the past like dreamcatcher but still managed to sound good during their encore stage, so it seems like lsf just lack in vocal training. you should react to a dreamcatcher encore stage. i know you're trying to be nice to appease their fans but honest criticism is always best

No, the shame is any artist/group debuting under hybe gets instant fame bcuz of hybe's power & influence & money. Since they can simply buy all that they focus more on having good looking idols debuting & they'll add 1 or 2 idols to carry the vocals for the whole group.
