Thank you for reacting to Enhypen! I would say that this (Dark Blood) is their most vocally-focused album thus far. They were more known for their choreographies and being amazing dancers in their past albums. I think you'd be impressed by Fate (from this album as well). Also, thank you for acknowledging Heeseung's adlibs! He is their main vocalist! He also had a hand in directing them in the recording and has always been in charge of the adlibs for their songs!
Heeseung and jake have background vocal creditt, heeseung participated in the vocal directing, he has a guesting in Lee mujin service where he cover some song, his off my face cover has 22million views as of now. Please check out heeseung
Even without accompaniment, Heeseung can freely navigate his vocal registers shifting to falsetto with ease. His raw vocals is insane and is proven to have Perfect pitch. He is Enhypen's vocal chip. The group is actually to look forward for.

I don't understand what you mean, as Enhypen have literally stated themselves they don't have positions in the group. So there is no main vocal, main dance, main visual, main rap.

In many other vids they had added subs as "hee all rounder center" and "hee main vocalist".

Seems like you like Jay's voice! ( 4:04 ) We recently started calling his vocals as honey and pepper because the grit and honey merge to create a vocal style that is both powerful and sweet. His vocal range is incredible too!

The background vocals credited to Heeseung and Jake the two guys who sings the last chorus and Ni-Ki who helped the choreography is the youngest member who is sitting on the levitating chair... Heeseung also helped directing this mv, he is the unofficial main Vocalist of the group... They're not just a great vocalists their dancing is amazing too...
People have an ongoing false narrative that they can't sing but in reality they are excellent live singers that have improved by leaps and bounds in the past year!! Very proud of them and their growth and this new album is just incredible. Highly recommend that you listen to it and check out their live stages for Bite Me :)
5:00 - 5:24 Jake's voice is truly impressive. Other vocal coaches have also praised his falsetto, stating that he can sing an entire song with it without any breaks.

Perfect pitch, amazing vocal technique, adlibs, agility, falsetto, etc. He also was an aka director for two songs in their new album: bite me and bills. He was credited in cresting for background vocals many times. He do write song ( we are waiting for him to upload it)
Fact: as main vocalist he's also is a main rapper. He is the only one who was trained as rapper. Hes the only one who was 1st in 3 categories ( dance, vocals, rap) during monthly evolution for almost 2 years.

You can cry and keep being against Hee but he's a main vocalist and ace of the team and it's literally a FACT. Fans should have known it, but you are just pressed when ppl appreciate Hee.

On background vocals/ adlibs it was mostly Heeseung their eldest 21yr old as always his adlibs has been phenomenal even during pre-debut. For Bite Me aside Heeseung, another member Jake also being credited for the b/ground vocal, heeseung part take in directing the recording and ni-ki ( maknae) choreograph the pre-chorus part from ‘ come here and get some….’

What makes this song different from their previous song is this song let them focus on their vocal more n Heeseung their main vocalist direct the song n help them pull out their best voice character. one of my favorite songs to hear them sing live is "always" because they literally sing the harmonies live like the harmonies aren't prerecorded as far as I can tell because there are two members singing at the same time for several parts and it literally makes me so happy to listen to! also this comeback is literally amazing fr!
