For example, in the USA, NZ, or Australia, I strongly encourage that you do NOT add a photo to your resume as it can be grounds for discrimination and bias and companies may not even give it a look as a result! Whereas in a country like France, it's the norm to INCLUDE a photo - it'd be strange if you didn't 🤷♀ I would suggest to do some research and check what's normal for the country you reside in [NOT the profession or indsutry] before you make the choice!
