Rosie, should a resume ideally be 1 page? I have a mixture of long term and short term employment starting back in 1992 on my resume (it accounts for 10 years of my experience). Should I start more recently, say 2013? Also struggling with giving away my age with this timeline. Thank you.

Hey! Thank you so much for your video! What tense should our resume be written in, present tense?

Too Good 💎 I've heard if maximizing salary is important then promotions is not actually the way to go..
Studies show that if we change jobs every 1-2 years then salary will soon outpace any raises/promotions you'd get if you had stayed.. so what to do to earn more ? Any better ideas to know and apply in initial stages of career in service based industry..
    2) Also which books could help in such a situation..
