Hey Rosie, just to tell you, I am currently on a career change journey (to switch from marketing to teaching French) and I was looking for your old French channel as I was in search of some content ideas for one of my subjects on intercultural differences. And by continuing browsing, I just found out that you are now running a completely new channel on HR topics for some time which happens to also be useful to me as I need to look for an internship in French teaching and am struggling to get one due to my old background. So your content has helped me twice today!

I haven't watched one of the online sessions yet but will do asap. Quick question. You're talking about the 3 strategies for the CL, one of them being the transferable skills and how to articulate them. Do you suggest to put it in column format in the cover letter?
