He told his intern to show the WW2 documentary - "Otto Skorzeny - Hitler's Scar-faced Henchman". But that intern - either as a joke or because he was tired, and- waiting for his coffee - saw a copy of Scarface in the collection, and put that on the show list instead of the WW2 program. By the time the station manager got back, this was on, and they couldn't do anything about it. The intern was fired, the station manager got chewed out by the executives, and that was that. How do I know ? Because I WAS that intern !
I remember this was shown on UK Gold back in the 90's. It was censored even more. Among other things they zoomed in on the guy walking down the stairs so you couldn't see Tony in the water or any of the bodies or blood on the stairs. I wish I had kept the tape because it was hilarious. Scarface is 170 minutes long. The TV version was about 130 minutes.

Even the ending was shitty, the whole shooting scene was about 45 seconds....Since then i always check the versions.

Was in it and yet this guy took it out, along with tony saying, "ILL TAKE YOU ALL TO "BLOODY" HELL!!!"
