I've gleaned very similar ideas about muscle and supporting structure care and maintenance from other podcasts over the last several years. I am currently recovering from quadruple lumbar fusion surgery; 4 months ago. 70 yr old and so far, healing perfectly. Along with 5hr a week of full-body resistance training only, consuming a handful of collagen tabs along with glycine tabs after exercise, I can honestly say I am healing very fast with very few pain side effects. So from my perspective, it appears that the professor's research is spot on. I even shoveled 10-inches of snow the other day with no effects or pain. (for the record, I also practice intermittent fasting along with a low-carb diet with extra protein)

Soft tissue training: Does Prof. Baar's recommendation of 5-10 min. exercise include warm up?
Thanks.
Too short. Not enough information. But thanks.
Richard. You are looking really good. I trust it's because of the supplements that you are taking.
Hi David, thanks! Well, with lock down it is certainly not the exercise that I am getting. My wife fixing my hair before making the video may help!

Looking forward hearing about it
I love your content but why are these interviews cut so short?
Hi Daniel, thank you for your question. We try to have each video focused on a single topic and release them in easily digestible pieces.
I like that.
This short format it's good for me.. Please keep it on.
“You need the Matrix”
Nice try, Machines. Not gonna fall for that.
I dont understand Keith Baar, reasonning he talks about 5 times a day three days a week and then he says you just need 40 loads. Where does he found this 40 magical number ? THe japaneese study talks about 15 Jumps a week and HSR protoclos about 25 a day three days a week.
