The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.
Hey CrossFit or anyone in the community, can some one tell me if there is a 'standard' width / diameter rope, and if so what width / diameter is that. Thanks 😁👍!
Excelente movimiento ❤😊
Recommendation: Wear gloves when ever you are climbing ropes. If you start slipping. You're likely to get some very painful rope burn.
Or chalk your hands
@@jathomas274 when fatigue kicks in, chalk does little to prevent rope burns. I've seen enough of that for a lifetime.
Nice trick 👌🌝🌈
But how do you come down😭
spread your feet and slide down (mind the rope burn, though)
The same way you go up, just in reverse
Same technique
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Agora ficou fácil 👍🏿😀

It's doable.

I do crossfit and I don't really know. This rope looks the same width as the ones in my gym it would be safe to assume that that is the bade width
did you ever find out? I want to buy one
y cómo te bajas???
man how are you supposed to get down?
The same technique as you go up, just in reverse 👌🏽
no puedo martha xd
سلام این چه نوع طنابی
Wrong technique. Dont bend your elbow
