Real Angry Birds 2: Hummingbird Action in Slow Motion V23961

- While hummingbirds might seem like sweet little birdies buzzing around the garden, they're really not! Watch in 240fps slow motion as these birds show their true colors!
Fortunately, the birds rarely do any damage to each other, although their egos mmost certainly take a bruising! Filmed with a Sony FS700RH at 240fps and GoPro Hero 5 Black at 120fps, the resulting action is slowed down by 10x, giving us a better view of what would normally be just a blur.
The soundtrack is "St. Thomas" from the "TimeShift" CD by Technician (yours truly), album and single track available on iTunes: itunes.apple.com/us/album/tim... and CDBaby: store.cdbaby.com/cd/technician1 Full artist discography and CDs available at HTTP://technician.jcmdi.com

Their not fighting! "Foreplays"
A nice shooting of hummingbird's aggressive behavior, 👍
Thanks so much =) Cheers!
Very beautiful!
I'm happy you enjoyed the show - thanks for watching and commenting =) Have a great week!
Excellent filming and soundtrack. I would hate to be stuck by one of them. Thank you, JC !!
Fortunately they don't much mass, so even if one of them few into you at full speed it probably wouldn't even break the skin! Thanks so much for watching and commenting! =)
Great video !! My son has about 20 hummingbirds
that are constantly by his 4 feeders..occasionally
their will be one chasing off another that isn't in
their group...From what I understand each group
has their own area....
In some places and under certain conditions, the birds get along better than others. Most of the birds here are year-round residents and are very territorial about their food sources. Normally, one bird dominates the feeder, and chases all the others away. However, when there are a LOT of birds visiting the feeder at one time (which rarely happens) it's overwhelming for the dominant bird, and since the visitors don't generally fight as much, they all more or less tolerate each other in the crowd. Dominance of the feeder changes hands regularly, sometimes on a daily basis, so "king for a day" is often the rule! Thanks a bunch for visiting! =)
