- The SSO movie community is a bit of a bind, when the newest update is launched on Wednesday the invisibility bug will disappear and creators will not be able to make their films anymore. Please share and spread the #SSOSavethemovies to bring attention to this, and please help these creators save their art!

I think there's a chance of success on the community part. SSO gave us the "wild horse" feature because the bug of becoming one was so popular, so I'm pretty positive about this. Let's make some noise!
As loud as we can! And I also feel they can do this, this isn't that far fetched and absolutely in the realm of possibility, if a player can create it with a bug, then it's a possibility at the very least. Let's hope this works!
@@YTRattle I think that’s what the “hide people in photos” is for. To replace this which frankly is not that nice. But people may find bugs to move around with photo mode, however I hope this isn’t the truth.

As someone who does movies in SSO for years, I really felt that. When they patched another bug last patch, I was so frustated. Luckily, a friend showed me a new, but risky way of doing it. But im afraid, once they find out, theyll patch it again instead of giving players the feature of Invisibility. I might not be popular, but I have a voice and so do you (whoever reads this) #SSOSavethemovies

I joined sso a couple years ago, when the community was thriving and the game was great. Now all that the sso team seems to care about is money.
When Astride comes out, I have a feeling that sso will soon be forgotten
And it hurts to see it all come down to this
Last year was a little slow…. But the team are clearly making the effort this year. They have worked hard on content
The problem now is that many people have jumped on the complaining about everything the game does bandwagon and don’t want to get off.
It could become the perfect game in every way and people would look for faults. I genuinely believe there are some people who secretly don’t want their problems to stop.

@@msmilano7091 but the game is just bad though?😭 It's EXTREMELY glitchy, there's not enough content, they are still releasing too many horses and content that you have to pay too much money for, and the game is boring at times... Don't act like the game is good right now because it isn't, there's million things to (accurately) complain about that are not being fixed

Emily is correct, I am not Polish, the Polish movie-community reached out to me to make this video and after seeing the amount of time and work that go into these I was hard pressed not to do anything. I might not understand it, but man those videos are so well edited!
what the SSO team just needs to DO: is just allow us to scroll to first person mode ENTIRELY. yea. I don't understand why they DON"T have it. I mean technically they do.. but you have to move everything up. and even then you still see the horses when they IDLE.. but hopefully this cane find some resolution.

Star Stable Online- painted as the bad guys even when they're trying to make horse buying easier and more functional. They really can't win for nothing SMH.
It won't kill the whole community tho- Just because you can't be invisible you can still make movies. I know it will be harder but maybe sso will add something like first-person mode or invisibility.
As someone who has worked on film sets and is working in the creative field, I can’t tell you hold valuable and rewarding film making is as an art form is. It should be a compliment to SSO that many creatives are making extraordinary content with their game and that the world the game has built has inspired them to spend hours making a film. But also, not only is this great artistically but also what you mentioned about it basically connecting people to SSO and many who are already in the SSO community. Heck, I would have quit long ago if it weren’t for these creators and their work. I just hope the hashtag and protest will be like the Wild Horse mode and the SSO dressage team getting their lines back in the Riding Arena where it will be addressed and fixed and hopefully not ignored. The role players, the dressage teams, the filmmakers, and all the other types of players are important and make SSO what it is.

I just wrote a long Instagram direct message to them explaining everything and I hope that'll help a little bit. I think it's a great idea to spam the Hashtag on their social media plattforms on the 25th. I'll definitely be on board with this plan and I hope we can get them to implement a feature like that, so that people can keep filming their awesome movies. :D

On a developer's point of view it would be incredibly easy to introduce a function to hide all the menus with a shortcut. I'd be shocked if they don't just do that.

I remember when wild horse mode was a huge bug that went on for years and there was so much uproar about SSO fixing it that they implemented It as a feature soon after. I don't watch SSOMovies but I know its a big part of the game for some. I hope it can be saved #SSOSavethemovies
I think it shouldn't be a bug but a game feature. It should have been in the game a long time ago. But sso is concerned with fixing bugs that we like and don't hurt anyone or the game, than fixing the bugs that really ruin the whole game experience. For example, I've been trying to get the last donkey from Mary's collection for months, in the jorvik stable race and it's impossible, it never shows up, but that star stable doesn't fix it. And I say more, for many players what remains in the game is filming dressage and movies, if that can't be done anymore I know a lot of people will stop playing the game
Aw, and I've been looking forward to them adding that new purchase screen.. >:( I hope they add a feature to allow people becoming invisible, like an extension to the wild horse feature where instead of you becoming visible when you dismount the player would still be invisible
I support the #ssosavethemovies because I was a part of the #savethesandlines movement, and sso was able to come through for us. I don't watch sso movies, but as a UA-camr, I have a bit of understanding of the work it takes to make videos. I applaud the creators sso movies to make 2 HOURS OF CONTENT PER VIDEO! THAT'S AMAZING! I really hope SSO can pull through for you all, even if they could just put in writing that they are working on something. I would hate to see another passionate, creative, and inspiring community go extinct because of this.
i'm an amateur filmmaker and writer, and i've been writing sso short movies and series for so many years. an invisibility feature would save my life and my passion for this game. i really want to create good things but i have to adapt myself to the smallness of the abilities of sso. thank you so much for making this video, rattle !
I actually just noticed yesterday, that in settings there is now an option to hide yourself while you are mounted on your horse. And it gives the same effect as the glitch. I’m not sure if it’s on pc, since I’m playing on mobile.

even though this feture may be fixed by now its still baffling that SSO would want to alienate a MASSIVE part of there community like that. Lets be real, the quests AT MOST can take a week to finish and game is boring af without roplaying and would be dead without it, the fact they even ignored ppl in the beginning when they are giving out free promotion/ hours spent playin the game is so stupid. Online games like this heavily relay on players to give constant traffic to the game or else it will die very quickly and the servers will be dead.
Funny how SSO likes to remove stuff people like and bring in stuff people never asked for but not bring in anything people ask for. I saw an article of an interview of the CEO and it was the most hypocritical thing ever, it was just him saying 'listen to the players'. For goodness sake man, take your own gosh darn advice.
SSO could just add something that isn't a bug. Like, they did similiar things with former popular bugs. A camera mode would be amazing for other things too! #SSOSavethemovies
I started playing sso casually after seeing some of their team at an exhibition. In heinsight I wish I knew what I know now, since that would lead to a way more interesting conversation. I supported them because they seemed nice and I wanted to become a game dev too.
I see everyone's frustration now when I've binged your sso content. I thought it was played by children and I was the odd adult out. That maybe they liked the content more and I was too old to get it. But the amount of horses they released even managed to catch my dumb ass brain's attention. This channel made me see sso's potential and deep, deep... DEEP flaws. I love that. Despite seeing how they failed the fanbase over and over, I am looking forward to a potential glorious shift in their priorities. Or maybe they crash and burn due to another horse game release, but then at least it might make them panic and do better. Worst case: fricc yeee a better game!

I think as a way to help I will offer some advice. I thought this was pretty main stream and everyone knew about it, but you can easily go to first person without using the bug and still capture these videos. If you go into your settings you can make your settings make your character disappear in a way including your horse (if you want a higher camera postition). If I need to do a video of this I am happy to help this community out, but the new release of the horse sell screen is not the end of their moving making (which is incredible btw-personal fan). Since you have insider contact with them, let them know I am willing to make a video and show them that. They can still make videos and we can still enjoy their hard work.
Oh and customer support has been slowly getting better in their responses, maybe sso is listening more than we think. :3

How have I never noticed this bug before? Regardless, it sounds like perhaps this might trigger a proper integration into the game, like the photo mode.
never heard of those channels or that part of the community, but the scenes you showed in this video looked so great that I have to take a look at their videos; thank you for calling attention to this issue! I'd also like to have an invisible button, especially for championships, because I can't see the damn obstacles when many people are attending 😂
btw: will you make a video about the first half of the year? There should be a roadmap for June posted soon, so you could do that afterwards (CC Creations already uploaded two spoiler vids as well). Of course only if you want to and if you have the time to do so, but I'm really curious about your point of view, because in my opinion they ARE trying to improve and really did the past few months! But maybe I'm just easy to convince haha, so that's why I would like to hear your thoughts :)

I had not even realized that the new horse buying window would have such an impact. But I once sent SSO a suggestion for the game that they could add a hide button, much like the one in photo mode, into the live mode of the game, or that they could add a video mode. I think if we were to group up and all send the same or a similar suggestion, SSO might eventually listen. Go forth and make change. #SSOSavethemovies

I remember acting in one of the venus mars movies and really enjoyed it. The amount of time, organising, editing and passion required to create an sso movie is astonishing. It would be really sad to get rid of such an amazing part of the sso community

Ya see here's the interesting thing. I can't access the Bonny bug at all, so on my server this isn't possible. I don't know why, but it looks like certain bugs are available on certain servers. So although there might be other ways, they might not be able to access them. But even if there are other ways, SSO should be adding this as a feature in any case.

This sounds like Rockstar with Red Dead Online - nothing to do, a community or atleast in SSO's case, a part of the Community that's being ignored, ridiculously high priced stuff and microtransactions that are "necessary" because the amount of buyable money you earn is but fractions at a time - except in SSO, we have Weekly Updates and an ongoing story tho both of that has long been not interesting at all
It's a sad thing when whole communities are ignored like this. I've heard of RDRs issues haven't experienced them just yet, but Rocstar doesn't have the best track record for listening to its players. At all. What is with 'star' names that cause so much problems?

hey rattle, im desperate, and you're the only person i can think of to help me here, my star stable is broken, ive done EVERYTHING! to fix this but it just wont go away, i reinstalled the game i reset the launcher many times, even my whole computer, but it simply won't go away, this isn't the first time this happens.
everytime my game goes into window mode, the resolution gets too big, my game is way too zoomed in and i cant reach the controls to set it back!
i am extremely frustrated, its been over a month of me trying and trying and losing motivation just to let go of the game, just for me to open up the game again and notice its unplayable.
please help me, what do i do?!
i just want to play this silly horse game, without frustration.

@@YTRattle yes, 3 entire weeks ago, this happened before and they gave me an answer, "clear the settings" wich worked before, not anymore since the launcher has been updated i think that might stopped working

In fact, I've been having issues since the last week of the equestrian festival. It's always the same response. I'm at the point of giving up because I can't get on, or get a better computer.
Not everyone can afford a $500 (USD) computer.
It's just a money grab.

We've been asking for first person cameras for years and SSO has still not implemented it. If they don't add it upon the release of updated characters, then I'll be pissed.
I’ve come to a big realization. The company doesn’t care... they only care about greed. They only care about the customers money. Which is most walks of life... but they are especially greedy with their game. Gacha’s I play at least, have a way to get the characters I want with time and dedication. SSO I can’t do that.. I could never do that.
They would rather kill their game than to own up to their own wrong doings. And people are so weak against them. They need to be doxed or gone to court for some of the things they have done to players that have spent thousands on their game. It’s ridiculous they can get away with so much and risk so little. Other games can’t get away with that. But these guys slide by like it’s nothing.

It would be nice if star stable found ways to promote writers, artists, and creators. (Sorry if this is too long)
-Have a theater where you can only see trailers of movies made by creators and the creators get star coins and exposure (maybe at least 650 for all creators)
-Have an event where you can see what you see while watching a dressage video while also giving creators starcoins, competitions for people who make fanmade horse coats and fanmade tack and the winner actually gets starcoins and exposure.
-With writers with a competition when it comes to the description of the horses, and also can get starcoins and exposure.
Movies are amazing and is the main reason I started playing sso! They added Wild Mode, Photo Mode and even a day and night slider like you said why cant they just add movie mode we need it I have always wanted to make movies but because of SSO not listening I wont be able to do it anymore and if they remove the bug I might just quit cause filiming is my favorite thing to do and my only talent! #SSOSavethemovies

i feel sorry for this movie makers, but do you really think that sso will do something like that cuz of bug they fixed with a good update? As a company they are i dont think so. but i wish they would add camera mode with all that stuf that photo mode has.
They responded to the SSO Dressage community by giving us our arena dots back. So it's definitely possible. Whether they actually will, that's to be determined but it's not impossible for them to respond

@@anestrawberrychild I don't use glitches to make my cinematic content at all, so these new bugs aren't useful for me. But I still wish for sso to actually address the community.

We are going to have some goofy ahh people be sayin “y’all mad ab bugs being fixed, but complain ab the bugs” like no- 💀 ppl who say that are mad goofy bro. Yes we have a lot of bugs in the game but the invisible bug it’s literally nothin. But we have legit game breaking bugs that are affecting gameplay. Like SSO goin backwards they fixing the bugs that do nothin but leaving the game breaking ones to fester.
The whole message of this video is just wrong. I understand you want it to be as dramatic as possible, and its always the case with your channel, but this time tho?... err. Blaming sso for one of the few good thing they deliver and picturing it as "killing comminity" etc is a no go for me. I want bugs in the game to be fixed. Period. It is a good thing. Asking them for a new fiture should not be paired with blaming them for a work they suposed to do. There is no good or bad bugs, no matter who use them and for what.
What YOU want = selfish desires. You are being selfish, point. It's not about the bug, it's about the implications of removing that bug. It's about this community sending numerous emails to SSO to add a camera mode, it's about actually listening to the community as a whole. But did you even watch the video? I make it clear that it is a GOOD thing the purchase screen is getting added, but that it has a downside it removes a bug that these creators rely on. Also if you don't like channel then fine, but if you KNOW I make these style videos then why do you still watch it? And finally SSO already agrees with us that the camera mode is a good idea. Go check out their SSOAlerts, they're gonna add it. They listened, they cared, you don't. So, yay for this community and for standing together and helping others beyond ourselves. Also, I know I'm coming across as harsh, but I'm just so tired of white knights running around telling everyone how we must feel without ever considering the implications. Bugs are NOT always bad, they CAN make a better. Just go look at Fallout and Anthem. B
Am I the only one who’s like “who cares”. Bugs have to get fixed at some point especially if the bug could be abused regularly for other means.
That's not the point at all
This bug doesn't affect actual gameplay for yourself or other players. While you have a point that bugs have to get fixed, sso still should at least address the community by reassuring them that they are working on a system to replace the bug.
ah yes, one of the only bugs that they do wanna patch is "coincidentally" one of the ones that make their community most happy

They're removing horses that we love, making us mad, and doing things like this
A few weeks ago, I reported a player that was spamming "Hang Yourself" for hours at a time each day. They responded about two days later saying "Hey Mira, sorry about the player bothering you. Remember to use the ignore feature to ensure that they won't bother you". But ignoring won't do anything.
Not only are they ruining the game we've loved for so long, but they're no help. Let's make some noise and get them to change
I think we can all can agree, SSO only cares about the money. With horses and overpriced clothing/tack.
