Sso needs to open up there eyes and see. Realize they are burying themselves in a hole. To think if the management hadnt changed it couldnt have happened. The players deserve better. The workers deserve better. Sso deserves better.

April 21st update: there is apparently a new story mission (Fripp update!) coming. They posted a little 'roadmap' thing on FB. We should still keep it up, keep them open and honest with us, but this is a very good start. :)
I hope SSO finally realizes what is going on in their own community! It feels like they always say that they’re looking for feedback, but then don’t even listen to the players concerns! I will definitely be using this hashtag tomorrow! Thank you for bringing this up.

I don't want to be rude, but this may only be the last resort at this point... maybe they will wake up and take action in time, or in the worst case scenario, they just keep on ignoring us, leading to bankruptcy and possible shutting the game down entirely... I really hope not, because this game could've had so much potential... I miss pre-2017 SSO so much.

I don’t have social media, but if you could include my incredibly long paragraph it would mean a lot to me. After playing and enjoying the game for almost a year, I was looking forwards to my first valentines, Easter, st Patrick’s and April fools with sso only to find they did not come. I’ve seen people are giving useful feedback, and it is never used. I have barely anything to do. I’m bored and considering quitting sso, with the fact there are no main quests, the dailies are all repetitive and roleplaying is becoming repetitive as well. On my server, the majority of us want a small batch of high detail horses that have used the feedback sent every three months rather than six horses that the feedback has been ignored every month. I basically only log on now to see my friends and club. Then with the updates that aren’t horses, they’re usually things that are useless. For example: the horse toggle could’ve been released a week before with the magic horses, because that update was useless for people without magic horses. One race: useless for people like me who hate training. The care system being reworked: useless for people who don’t care for their horse or buy stable care. Sso, you really need to WAKE UP! Wake up from your deep sleep, take feedback and use it! Fix the bugs that have been reported! Stop promising things then not releasing them, focus on what the majority of the players want. (Main quests and character updates for example.) If you do this, you might pause the fact you’re digging your own grave. Also, if you made even more quests, updated the graphics in epona and hollow woods as well as jarlahiem, you might get more people buying star rider subscriptions. I was one of those players who would have loved to think SSO wants our best and they need all the horses to get enough money. I was kind of content with the horses, although I would have liked to see some quests too. I argued with you on Facebook a while ago, and that's the way I found myself here watching your videos. I have to say you are one of the reasons why I turned around and now see how dull SSO has become. Thank you for making these videos, hopefully if more players like me come to their senses SSO will change. Not that I really think they will come around, but at least give us a little bit more to do in the game.

honestly, i haven't been playing sso for almost a year after being an active player for 7 years but i still watch sso videos, it makes me sad that this is happening but i'm really glad more people are discussing the issue sso hq has, i've loved seeing sso grow, but the game got boring, before i completely stopped playing i would occasionally turn on the game at least once a month a since there wasn't anything interesting happening i kinda lost the excitement to play the game and the constant adding new horses got repetitive, sso has great potential but there's something wrong going on in the team, they just all of a sudden stopped caring about the actual gameplay and got over their heads with the game revenue since the game became more popular in the past 2-3 years and took advantage of that. tbh i probably won't turn on the game until some story quests come out and i'm genuinely sad that i can't bring myself to play sso anymore since i invested sooo much money into it
Almost a year and we still are fighting about this if they would just LISTEN to there huge community everyone would be happy cause this is driving away new costumers who see this this game is my childhood and I hate seeing it like this I barely play and get bored 1 minute into the update and the rainbow update oh my gosh just so many repetitive quest I was about to scream so yea I think at this rate almost a year later the games going to be totally dead in a couple years

I agree on wanting them to slow down on the amount of horses being released though, it would just be nice if they brought those back for a bit. And I agree with upping our weekly allowance, I hope they put it to at least 200 star coins per week.
thing i hate about this game is that there have been NO graphic upgrades(not including horses) the player characters look horrible the NPCs look horrible it just bad
Fun fact: a lot of people say "oh the quest team is so small compared to the horse team" well guess what? There the same. The quest production and the horse production are by the same team. The same exact team makes horses, quests, and areas. So there you have it. Also this team is huge. So basically the management wants horses and less quests so the people don't have a choice. Not the quest teams fault.
