Broccoli florets
Sliced carrots
Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper
Sliced onions
1 tbls minced garlic
Sliced spring onions
213 grams rib eye beef thinly sliced
Marinate with
1 tbls dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp potato starch
1 tbls vegetable oil
Marinate 1 hour
Sear the beef in vegetable oil and set aside
Pre cook the broccoli and carrots in boiling water for a few minutes then set aside
Now add vegetable oil to the wok and add
garlic, peppers and onions, cook for a few minutes then return the seared beef
Add
2 tbls dark soy sauce
1 tbls light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp msg
1 tsp sugar
Pinch white pepper
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp shaoxing wine
Now return the pre cooked broccoli ,carrots and spring onions
180 ml of water and thicken with some potato starch slurry and serve

Bet it always smells good in your garden mate.
It certainly does Graeme especially in the summer when the neighbours are out,to them it smells like a barbeque because of it's distinctive aroma and can travel across many gardens, drives them crazy, lol
