    Broccoli florets
    Sliced carrots
    Green bell pepper
    Red bell pepper
    Sliced onions
    1 tbls minced garlic
    Sliced spring onions
    213 grams rib eye beef thinly sliced
    Marinate with
    1 tbls dark soy sauce
    1/4 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    1 tsp potato starch
    1 tbls vegetable oil
    Marinate 1 hour
    Sear the beef in vegetable oil and set aside
    Pre cook the broccoli and carrots in boiling water for a few minutes then set aside
    Now add vegetable oil to the wok and add
    garlic, peppers and onions, cook for a few minutes then return the seared beef
    Add
    2 tbls dark soy sauce
    1 tbls light soy sauce
    1 tsp oyster sauce
    1/2 tsp msg
    1 tsp sugar
    Pinch white pepper
    1/4 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp shaoxing wine
    Now return the pre cooked broccoli ,carrots and spring onions
    180 ml of water and thicken with some potato starch slurry and serve
