- 2 aubergines
- 2 eggs
- Wheat flour
- Bread crumbs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
For the sauce:
- Natural white yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

I enjoyed this recipe. I’m going to try it. The only thing I didn’t like was you must have your microphone volume all the way up. I didn’t like hearing all of the chopping that kept on and on , and the sound of the whisking of the eggs was annoying. And then at the end you having your mouth open smacking was distasteful!
