I really don’t understand the last one. Where is the y 3 squared coming from I see y 2 squared but so confused how you got 3
Great question! y times y is y^2, right? Because that mean y multiplied by itself twice… therefore y^2 times y equals y^3 because you are multiplying y by itself a total of 3 times!
Make sense?
@@MichaelToohey yes thank you so much makes total sense
Great! Let me know if you have any other questions!
@@MichaelToohey yes sir I appreciate you
Thank you
So happy to help! Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks!
I didnt realize you could multiply the last 2 with the 3x2 because it has a y next to it. 😕
It’s tricky… you can multiply 2(3y) to get 6y, but you can’t add 2 + 3y…
Hello Sir can I be member of your zoom class ?
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, not offering live classes at the moment… which test are you preparing for?
@@MichaelToohey thank you for your answer. I'm going to attend college classes so I need to take placement test I'm not sure what kind of math they will test on so i want to be prepared first
I watch your videos and I'm not sure if it's enough.
Do you know the name of the test?
@@MichaelToohey no I'm not but i will
I watching your videos to help me remember math
If i stop practicing i will forget it
I will keep you updated for college math classes
