Cinnamon Sugar Candied Pecans |The best Christmas treat!

- Candied cinnamon sugar pecans are the snack you can't put down at the holidays! The perfect treat for teachers, neighbors, and yes--even my garbage man and mail man love them. Most recipes use a low temp and up to an hour roasting time but I'm brave (or crazy) and do it hotter and faster!
Make sure you don't walk away from your oven and be sure to toss the pecans regularly so they don't burn. Remember they will still be a bit sticky when they come out of the oven and they will harden up as the cool.
Store them in an air tight container at room temperature for up to a week or more.
Ingredients
- 3 cups pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar organic cane sugar, granulated, or coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- pinch salt optional
