I saw this last year and couldn't remember the name of your UA-cam and it has drove me crazy until i found you again. My sister has had issues like yours and your video helped open my eyes even more to alot of junk we consume without knowing. I hope you and your family are doing well and i hope you continue with such good information on whats better for our bodies!❤
I just found you today when I was looking for a really simple bread recipe. I liked your video because you didn't talk too fast (like so many do) and you didn't act like your recipe was the only one in existence (like so many do). Thanks for sharing. I notice you don't have any new videos. Hope all is well. I'll be trying more of your ideas!
Haha yes well my recipes certainly are not the only good ones out there! I'm glad you found it helpful. My husband got cancer last year and I took time off to care for him (he's in full remission now) and I just haven't come back to UA-cam. Still trying to decide if I want to or not but I might be back before long. :)
@@FeastandFarmCooks So glad to hear your husband's cancer is in full remission!! Praying that it stays that way! A lot of internet trolls out there who are just looking to beat down the positive. Ignore them. They are disgusting creatures. Hope to see new material from you. Merry Christmas from coastal North Carolina!
Good Christmas Eve morning from New Hampshire! I can't believe it has been two years since I last commented. We have been sheltering in place all that time. You could say ⌛ time has stood still on our working farm. We raise grass fed beef and have organic gardens. The rest of our foods come from neighboring farms or the " To Go " grocery services. All of us are over 70. We finally hired a part time person this fall. He just came down with covid and is recovering.... So it feels like not much as changed since March 2020, except our vaccinations and PLAN B. That said, we are blessed and grateful to be together to enjoy a Christmas dinner. Thank you for sharing these products and for all the hard work you put into your channel. I will try the Green Pastures and Genexa brands. 🎄🎄 Merry Christmas! ~ Diane
I recently found you when I was looking for a bread/roll recipe for Thanksgiving. I'm very happy I did because our dinner rolls I made were truly delicious. It'd been a long time since I'd baked any rolls & from recently moving twice I couldn't find my sweet mum's. Your tutorial was so super easy to follow & I encourage anyone to follow your directions & they too will give their family a light taste dinner roll! Yum
Hey there! Thank you for that 😍. My husband was diagnosed with cancer last fall and finished chemo in late March. I'm just tired honestly and getting all dolled up to be on camera is just too much. I'm resting and resetting and may be back at some point.
I was wondering if you were okay because I see no recent videos...but I saw your comment below. Seems you have been dealt some really crummy cards the last few years and just wanted to give you a big hug from an internet stranger and wishes that everything is going as best as it can. Life sucks, but you got this!
Hey! Yep it's been a real go of things. Thankfully cancer treatment is over and my husband is doing great. I'm just burned out and having a hard time pumping myself up to make videos but I do actively answer questions and keep up with the channel that way. Thank you for your kind words! Things are looking up. 😊
@@FeastandFarmCooks That is so good to hear! And of course you are burned out...all of you. I hope you are on a tropical island breathing fresh air while you all build back your strength. 🏝️🌺🍹 There is no rush & no stress to get back to this... you'll know exactly when the time is right, or what your next path is if this doesn't speak the same to you as it once did. Wishing you lots of deep breaths, loads of health and happiness and 🤞that things just go peacefully for your family from here on out! ❤️
Golly ! I love your ways. YES 1000% on the peppermint oil. And frankincense. Are my go to. I have garlic fermenting in honey. It's about 1.5 mos in. I tasted one and holy smokes is it tasty and we know garlic is a gem. Anyhoo thanks for the NEW info to me on the meds. I have that Prana but never heard of the other brand. ☮️🙏🤗
What a great video I just watched. Your vast knowledge and pointed, informative topics has made this my favorite video of all times. I'm new to subscribe to your channel and am pleased with your content, so thank you. Teri
Oh thank you so much. We have been walking the cancer road at our house with my husband and I just don't have the mental juice for making UA-cam videos right now but I'll be back. :)
@@FeastandFarmCooks I'm so sorry to hear this. I wish I lived closer so I could help out in some way. I'll pray for him and your whole family. That's the best gift we can give each other. Biggest hug to you full of strength and love. Take care!! And don't worry about UA-cam at all. ♥
I am SO TIRED all the time. Do you have any general suggestions for that? I understand you can't give medical advice and if you cannot answer me, that's totally understandable! I take turmeric, astaxanthin, bromelain, and pumpkin seed oil - for various reasons, not for fatigue. Is the fire cider spicy? I cannot do spicy at all. :(
There are so many causes of fatigue--it would be impossible for me to pinpoint but I do know that blood sugar balance is essential for energy. You don't have to have diabetes for the food you eat to cause your blood sugar to swing up and down all day and that WRECKS your energy. It also effects how deeply you sleep at night. Sleep that's good quality--really deep--matters a ton. If you get up to pee a lot at night that can be a sign your blood sugar is swinging around. I'd highly suggest getting a $16 glucometer and some strips and checking your blood sugar after meals. See how high it spikes, and also read The Glucose Goddess. What an amazing book. And the creator has an Instagram account by the same name that's super helpful. Check it out!
I was tired and fatigued and just didn't feel myself ... I did get a full blood panel which I would suggest.. I was low in iron, vitamin d, and iodine. I was using pink salt and totally forgot about iodine so back to table salt just a punch or 2 a day, iron and d. I also take evening primrose... it has made a huge difference. I feel 75% better (I also went wholefoods no animals, no dairy )
@@926paaja Thank you so much. I stopped taking my iron supplement - I don't know why I do that. I also used to take a vitamin D supplement but stopped. I didn't even put these things together. I really appreciate it. I've been putting off getting my blood work done because it's such a hassle, but I'll ask my PA when I see her in a few weeks. Thank you so much for your reply. :)
Hi Melinda, thank you so much. Yes, I'm fine. Last September my husband was diagnosed with cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma) and I spent six months caring for him during chemo and since then I just haven't had the mental steam to come back here and be yelled at by strangers- ;) so I just haven't. I do hope that one day I'll feel up to doing more but I do monitor comments and help when viewers need help. Thank you for checking on me!
@@FeastandFarmCooks I completely understand. I enjoy looking back at videos all the time. You are one of the best! Wishing you and your family good health and happiness!
You should call that stuff lava cider. 🙂 When you say USE peppermint oil, do you ever mean it can be ingested? I've always been confused about that with essential oils. And, I'm referring just to the Revive essential oil you show here. Btw, thank you so much for your videos! ❤️🌹
It's generally safe for topical use (on the skin) and ingested, yes. After all, think about alllll the peppermint flavored items you can eat. That flavor comes from peppermint oil. You just want an oil from a reputable source. Peppermint oil is also a mild diuretic so it's good to read up on it's use if you have any health issues; start with a drop or two and see how it does for you.

Is elderberry the only thing mentioned in this video that should be avoided by those of us with an autoimmune disease?
Yes I think so. You just want to be careful boosting a broken immune system.
Thank you. I'm trying to figure out how to strengthen my immune system without increasing autoimmune activity.
