anyone who says they cant hear a difference on vinyl is just plain dumb. so many little hidden gems on this masterpiece. i could listen to this all day also gotta add, that early Cornell ridiculous range......Jesus we lost a great one.
mirhaba - Vlastimil Vojáček já su fotograf actually only three songs were written about Andrew Wood and the circulated around Seattle and were favored. So the PJ and Soundgarden boys made a whole record of other tunes not about Andrew. Cheers😊
yes mine is spelled like this also...same way like original pressing.. look up ToTD at pjcollectors (cant put link in comment...). there are all three official versions, just compare it with the one you want to buy...hope it helped..
@raoulduke881 cheers.. nice, i love coloured vinyls...I recently bought purple Melvins Houdini, didn't know it is bootleg..but the sound is really decent..and is much cheaper than original on eBay
@mirhaba beware of unofficial editions, even if they look nice! if you see tool's lateralus on double blue vinyl, avoid it. it is clearly a cd sourced bootleg :) by the way, where do you get your records??

Incredible record! I'm hoping to pick one up online and I really hope it's not a bootleg. It says it's from A&M records, but the listing says that Your Saviour is spelled 2 different ways. On the sleeve it's spelt like "Your Saviour", but on the record it's spelt Your Savior. Can you see if this is the case with your record? I also noticed it says "Say Hello 2 Heaven" on the sleeve and "Say Hello to Heaven" on the record. Would you mind checking? It would be greatly appreciated! Great video btw.
Anyone have the 2013 MOV re-issue of this album? If so how does it sound I was going to get this very pressing but to save money got the re-issue. My only complaint with re-issue is packaging the album cover or jacket is very thin.
PearlJammer07 I know this comment's old, but I'll respond anyway. The MOV release was from a digital source, but that's because I heard about them losing the master tapes (I could totally be wrong on that). The recent 2016 was remixed from a 2 track tape as far as I'm aware and it sounds pronominal. The 2016 version is probably one of the best sounding remasters I've ever heard in a long time. It's not a victim to the loudness war. I have the 2016 CD and Vinyl LP that came as a Best Buy exclusive.

don't know much of the backstory, but Say Hello to Heaven was written for a mutual friend of pearl jam and soundgarden members who died. AMAZING Song.
