Finally a weekend camper van that can accommodate a family of 6!
my whole family (including my stepbrother) really wanted to go to new york, so i found this video, i showed my dad, and he liked it!
This is what I’ve been looking for!!! Can for 5+ seating sleeping, but with a kitchen and shower/toilet. Nailed it. Thank you!

@@dejje7384 You can probably get a compost one or some other one and take it out for when you shower, They probably didn't get it yet when they showed us the van.

This is the best camper conversion I have seen.
That is like inspector gadgets dream van.....it has everything.....you utilized every available inch....and used it very well.

Awesome build. I really like the simple bunk bed setup you have there. would you mind sharing what size of 8020 you used for the bunk bed and the link to the hinge you have used? Fixing to use the same setup in my van
Hello Nikhil,
The extrusions are the 10 series. The first piece is attached to the wall with 4 Bolts making sure it goes through the metal frame. I drill the holes the the extrusions it's not that hard with drill press.
The hinges are link attached but it shows not available. You can use any simple butt hinges with 3" x 2.5" withght. I Use Screws attached links as well

Nice work as usual, Bo. I heard you mentioned this van only has 4-cylinder- what is the empty weight after all these mods and how much additional cargo weight can be carried before maxing out its rated capacity?
Hey Sam the payload is about 3400 lbs and I estimate build weight did not exceed 2000 lbs. The heaviest item is the AC which is 76 lbs.

No, I didn't use it. Wire from the fuse box and to the switch.

hello bo, quick question. what are the pro/con's for bunk bed tied up to the ceiling like this one vs the other video where the bunk bed drops to become the back rest? Is there a reason you choose this option?
Hi Nihil,
The reason I make this one hang up to the ceiling is because this design has windows below the bunk beds. It depends on your preference I guess. But if you don't have windows having the bunk beds down as the back rest looks more open.

You can put cushions on the bench or set the rv bank for additional sleep areas.
