Hey, I have 7 people in my family. And this is a perfect one fit my family. Can you built a one for us. And how much it will be? Thanks! You did a great job. The best built I have seen so far.
Absolutely brilliant excellent craftsmanship, the lucky owner will show that off with pride…can you come to Australia and do ours😉(I can only wish aye) ps-Australians don’t hate🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Great Work Bo! Loving it. Can you show us how did you build it from start to finish, with all the details? It will be very interesting! Can you come to Australia and build Van here? Fantastic work, the design is even better than a lot of campervan hire company, really.😆
hello bo, quick question. what are the pro/con's for bunk bed tied up to the ceiling like this one vs the other video where the bunk bed drops to become the back rest? Is there a reason you choose this option?
Hi Nihil, The reason I make this one hang up to the ceiling is because this design has windows below the bunk beds. It depends on your preference I guess. But if you don't have windows having the bunk beds down as the back rest looks more open.
Nice work as usual, Bo. I heard you mentioned this van only has 4-cylinder- what is the empty weight after all these mods and how much additional cargo weight can be carried before maxing out its rated capacity?
Awesome build. I really like the simple bunk bed setup you have there. would you mind sharing what size of 8020 you used for the bunk bed and the link to the hinge you have used? Fixing to use the same setup in my van
Hello Nikhil, The extrusions are the 10 series. The first piece is attached to the wall with 4 Bolts making sure it goes through the metal frame. I drill the holes the the extrusions it's not that hard with drill press. The hinges are link attached but it shows not available. You can use any simple butt hinges with 3" x 2.5" withght. I Use Screws attached links as well amzn.to/2YJxYRV amzn.to/3wILcdY amzn.to/3Fbjgma This is what I'm using. You can find something more heavy duty it's up to you.
Another cushion for the front? For 6th bed? I don't understand. Could u explain I watched it again and again but I don't get it I see bed for 5 people in the bak
Great built! A cassette toilet addition would make it better!

Very nice and clean work. Loads of ideas to be inspired by. 👍👍😎

Would be better if you built an elevator bed that lowers down. This would give more headroom. Could also add a tent on the roof to sleep upto 4 kids.

Wonderful build! You are really talented! May I ask how much did it cost to build from scratch (exclude the van cost)? Thanks!
Good job Bong Bo. Can you show us the 6th bed in the front in your next video?

Hey Sam the payload is about 3400 lbs and I estimate build weight did not exceed 2000 lbs. The heaviest item is the AC which is 76 lbs.

Not feeling this build, i think you should build another one Bo 😂
Hey Bo Did you use wire hardness kit and power relay for the curved light bar and the security spot lights? Thanks.
No, I didn't use it. Wire from the fuse box and to the switch.

You can put cushions on the bench or set the rv bank for additional sleep areas.
Hi Bo! How much do you charge for a van like this one? Thanks 😊
Hi Zheng,
Every build varies but this one do you mean the cost of the whole van?
Is for sale?
No, it's not for sale Wes
@@BoChuonOUTDOORSVANBUILD Are you doing custom builds?
Just picked up a Thor Scope 18m. Couldn’t wait. I may make another one like yours
