what's "under the hood" is 99% what matters, if you got a faster car to win you just need to do a decent launch and shifting fast.
you could launch the car with the skills of a dragster driver and be shifting as fast as keiichi tsuchiya

As someone who's "slightly" older than these movies, we were saying NOS or nitrous interchangeably way before this movie was written. The movie series definitely mainstreamed a lot of terms, but definitely didn't invent anything.

But Orange is hogging both lanes of the road which leads to Suki tailgating him. Suki is pissed at Orange so she taunts him with a sexual innuendo. Orange lost focus on the race and came in so hot around a corner, which in turn he left a wide enough gap. Which Suki takes advantage of and overtakes him within the race.
One half of that quote is a sexual innuendo and the other half is her way of stating Newton's laws of gravity.

This one felt like it should have been a callback to something Vince said to Brian in the first movie while fighting over the tuna no crust, but that just never even happened. It's a brand new line (kinda dumb one at that) that they just throw out like it's been in the 7 previous films as well.

I knew the series was dead in fast five when they do a huge setup for s street race and then just cut to them driving in with the cars they won. Like WHAT THE HELL

I think the idea is how wolves have a strong sensitivity to scent (they have a great sense of smell). More likely than not, they included the aforementioned line to complete the wolf reference.

Hahaha, ive only ever walked out of one movie. I had gone to see it with my girlfriend at the time and a couple other friends male/female. The movie was mr. & mrs. Smith, as soon as they stopped trying to kill eachother, the plot was clear. I stood up, announced, this movie f*cking sucks, and walked out the emergency exit, to applause. Leaving my friends and gf still sitting there. They all left minutes later, and i dont think anyone in that showing made it all the way through the movie. Sometimes you just gotta go. But your story is like walking out of an avengers movie wtf were you doing here to begin with
@@richiehoyt8487 or in f9 when they flip the giant truck and somehow it speeds up despite sliding on its roof. Also magical magnets that apparantly have directional control and only grab things relevant to the plot.
