I guess I'm old school and never watch a video of yours without my big yellow legal pad and a couple of pens..and write as I watch..I love your recipes..I have made these as Christmas gifts or any kind of gift..Love making biscotti, and dunking in hot drinks..
Louise, love your recipes! Traditionally, biscotti is served inside a large coffee mug with strong espresso on top. My grandfather used to love biscotti that way! I remember sitting on his lap and he would share the biscotti at the bottom with me! Delicioso!!!
So, guess what!? The 1st batch I made with almond flour wasn’t too successful. While edible, they were quite dense and felt heavy after eating…delicious, but heavy. But it’s because it took a lot of almond flour to get the dough workable. So not your fault for sure. I just made a second batch without any subs except I decided to try air frying a couple on the second bake. 🤩🥳🤯🤪 Wow! 330 for 7-10 mins depending on thickness, was amazing for me!(in South Florida on a rainy day) Pretty much perfect when they cooled! And, quicker than the oven, and less hot!😰🫠Might be something to try next time you bake yours! Thanks again for another awesome recipe! Happy Thanksgiving!🥰

I'm unable to find that recipe anywhere and it's too hard, besides taking forever, to follow a video recipe. Please at least link it! I would live to try it.
I even went to The Salted Pepper website and searched for biscotti recipes and this one never appeared... only the Christmas biscotti. so frustrating! it shouldn't be very hard to include the link to the recipe with the video. please, Louise!
@@talbotcolleen I haven’t had time yet, but I will get it written up. It’s not hard to link to the recipe, but it does take time to write up the recipe post.

I love Biscotti however, I can’t stand pumpkin!
I'm going to try with sweet potato or butternut squash if recipe will update on her website

One way around it, is just to pause the video tape to get it written down. I works for me, I'm going to try this recipe once I get it all down.
@@bettiejackson9071 .. agreed and that's probably what I'll end up doing but how hard is it to simply add the recipe link to the video?
