I have not launch my 8P RS3 even once in the last 10 years of ownership. Already plenty quick enough in stock form.
Just bought an RS3 8P. At the appreciation rate this particula model has, it would be pity to modify it. It's just like wine, the older it gets, the higher the appreciation. I also had the chance to go with the 8v, but the 8P looks just hits different! OH, this is the only RS3 with carbon fiber wings!

The cars beautifully setup as is. I wouldn’t go for more power if I were the owner. Maybe some light weight wheels? Other than that,I’d leave it alone.👌🏽🔥🔥

I saw one in this exact colour....damn....and they are so rare these days in South Africa....
I normally see the 8v's....
But the 8p made me fall in love all over again.....my uncle had one of these before he had an accident with it....
These were my main reasons why I fell in love with Audi
Lovely to see a rs3 from this gen with a decently high powered hybrid, my dad own a stage 1 rs3 8p nice cars just wish they came in 3door
A G30/G35 series Garret turbo would do really good on these engines imo, they spool really quick for a full frame ball bearing turbo.

Traditionally RSs comes as an Avant/Sports wagon so no 3 door but I do like the 3 door A3s having owned a 3 door 8P 3.2 quattro sport before my present stage 2+ WMI TTU tuned 8P RS3 .

@@derekcable thats true but i never been a big fan of 5door hatches and avants, always been a 3door or sedan guy, i also own a 3door a3 8p manual 2.0tfsi quattro with a ED30(BYD) engine swap, hbeam conrods and a tte420 turbo, love that can, a bit heavy, about 1538 kg with me in it after weight reduction, but yes still great car.owned it for about 11 years now.👍 and i love the 3.2 vr6's, wanted one of those but beeing from belgium thats a problem for yearly inspection(wanted to turbo or supercharge it) and road taxes so i went with the 2.0
@@MrAudi220 yes you also commented on my purple big turbo 2.0tfsi on hampshire photography channel. Its good to know there is someone out there that has the same passion and great knowledge 👌🏼 also your right g35 1050 strapped to a built cepa engine will be a great bit of kit.

Think this is the power I'd like my RS3 8P - Its 516bhp now and is fast but can't help feeling like it could do more.

Incredible car! Mine has got pretty much the same spec as this but on a Venom hybrid based off the standard turbo. Will see what mine makes and afterwards will get a DAZA hybrid from Venom put on there to see what she makes then. Can I just ask, is the head also built with stronger valve springs and retainers? As you say you're revving past 7.5k RPM, and I've read somewhere that the stock springs are safer up to 7.5k and you need to uprate the valve springs to go any higher?

Had lots of issues fixed at the turbo unit 🦾 new set up was needed!

6.8 currently we have direct port being installed as we speak and further tuning so should see 6seconds flat we hope! 😅
@Matthew Harris why what was wrong with what Regal auto sport did ?
@@MrJwwhasabetterchannel turbo was leaking, engine had boosting issues, stretch bolts reused not replaced, vvts never changed when built, loose fuel lines, no manifold heat shield put back on car, anti roll bar knock, oil leak at top of engine being fixed at Turbo Unit. So I’ve had a lot changed over and corrected 🤦♂️

70/30 mix is a bit agressive realy! 50/50 is more than enough, more could damage the engine.
