Day 3 done! That was pretty brutal and my ankles want to speak to a manager. So glad other commenters were also getting shaky and sweaty!

Ha! I accidentally did this video instead of day 13 (no coffee yet!) but I was able to do the sumo squat on both toes and alternating heels up and down. I wasn't able to do that when I first did this!

Holy crap! My calves are so angry haha. I had to step out of it many times but I’m hoping to do this challenge again and see how much I’ve improved
It was definitely a challenging one - and not something we practice everyday! This would absolutely be a great one to come back to!
That was an awesome class. Absolutely started drudging it and feel great now on the other side. 🤞stick with it. Hard when 3 years ago my body looked as kick ass as yours…and now Not. And to feel how hard things are now that were sooo much easier then. And that’s not all including these pesky CPTSD trauma sensations that come rolling through! 😂 Anyway, been loving your channel on and off for awhile. Congratulations on all the wonderful new changes in your life! When is/was your Saturn Return?
