Fabiola a vegan dip or sauce for plantains r vegan mayo ketchup fresh garlic grinder and blended in a mortar add powder garlic and Mrs.dash combine refrigerated than u can spread on plantains or tostones

There is a bakery in Portland, Oregon called Petunia's that has some amazing vegan and gluten free baked goods. During Halloween I got a donut with a pumpkin cream filling that was to die for!!

Watching you makes me wish I would have raised my children differently. I never understood the value of food until my kids were older. My baby is 15 and we cook vegan food together.
I agree TrinaSmiles, we didn't turn vegan until our children had left home, but how l wish we had raised them as vegans. We didn't know, we thought we were doing the right thing
