I learn so much from these videos! TY
Regarding Deanna’s mentioning of the $9 Sampler Program a few times - my feeling is that learning that you can try this amazing practice for only $9 will come as a very nice surprise to most people !😊 and if it wasn’t mentioned, they may never get to experience the many benefits of BT.

I’ve purchased the sampler program and think that’s it great but mentioning it as the answer to every question makes this video feel like an infomercial. You produce great content! Giving people more helpful information would be a better way to sell your programs IMO.

She never answers the actual question, only tries to sell you the info.

She always answers the question, But the body is complicated and there isn’t one simple answer . Hence needing to get into the program to work with the whole body . Plus she has tons of free resources on UA-cam.

@@AgendaInMindI guarantee this is 100% worth it. I think suggesting the sampler $9 cost is a very humble way of introducing Blocking. Once you try it and actually see results you’ll be hooked! But you have to be ready to do it in your own time. Best of luck!

Hey guys Im going to purchase the sampler program, but I have a question please.
I have hyper mobility in a number of joints especially the knees (great when I was a kid for show and tell) but my straight is not everyone’s straight…Can I still get all the benefits from Block therapy even though I have wacky joints lol ? Love your videos ❤

I have left ql pain with almost everything i do, walking long distances, running, lifting weights. I started blocking about a month ago. Are the feet and calves the number one thing to work on with that issue? Thank you

Have you worked on the it band? I would say that is the number one place but if your hip is rotated anteriorly then releasing the quads, hip flexors, and psoas may be what is needed.

Hi there! We have found that the feet and the calves play a huge role in issues up the chain. Adding in the daily toe work would help too. If you are not familiar with the toe work, here is a video that explains:

@roamsy I have gone through the whole starter program and am now just picking and choosing from there. I also bought the lower body intensive so I really want to try that

    what is blocking???

Hi there! Here is a video that describes Block Therapy:
      ua-cam.com/video/yiBjtwJgnlw/v-deo.htmlsi=miu4HSRsO9IRrfP5
Blocking is when we use the therapeutic tool, commonly known as the Block Buddy, on various positions of our body and use our body weight and gravity over the block to find and melt through fascial adhesions. This helps create heat and space in our tissue. This is the first of the 3 pillars of Block Therapy.
The second pillar uses the diaphragmatic breath. Here we inflate the space, and feed and clean our cells.
The third pillar is maintaining the space we've created with proper posture.
