    Started listening to your podcast last year when I was researching tensegrity and the spinal engine. Came across Anatomy Trains, then found your podcast in a search. Had a rather horrible motorcycle accident in 2016 and still hadn't recovered. Purchased your starter package about 2 months ago and eased into it when I started to get a frozen shoulder. It's been slow going for me but I just went back to work in a metal fabrication shop after 10 weeks off. 3rd day in and I was in agony. Came home and blocked for an hour and a half. Amazing. I can often do it for 1 to 2 hours just because it feels so good during and afterwards. It's like you can feel the return of flow in the tissue. Thanks so much for sharing your journey and the knowledge gained from it ❤

    Exceptionally helpful. Please continue to do these. The particular questions people ask are very interesting and resonant, and the way you are able to point out details of how block therapy works in the body are great to know. Please continue to do this!

    Thank you, Deanna! Great information! The starter program has helped me so much! Just began the 14-day free membership program and I already know I will be getting the yearly subscription! Blocking will be a life-long journey for me. If someone has told me a month ago that I would ENJOY digging into the pain I’ve had for the last 40 years, I would have laughed in their face 😂. I love it and it’s working to realign my posture, release the fibromyalgia and cellulite. Just feeling so much better all around! Thank you again! So glad I found Block Therapy!

    Great video, very informative! Could you please talk about fibroids in the uterus. I'm a member of Block Therapy, so it would be great if you could recommend a few programs to tackle breaking up fibroids. Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into creating such great content.

    Thank you for this wonderful video. It would be great if you could do one on bilateral tarsal tunnel. Unlike carpel tunnel, tarsal tunnel is really hard to diagnose as the pain is reffered. In my case, it took three years to get diagnosed. I get hot pins and needles sensations in the balls of my feet and sometimes heels, along with a swelling/pulling sensation under my big toes. Ocasionally there are also pins and needles along the tarsal tunnel area in the inside of my ankle. This is worse when I have been standing or walking for a long time. I find waking up with the angry pins and needles everyday so disheartening and overwhelming 😢 As soon as I put pressure on the balls of my feet the pins and needles stop.

    Hi Deanna, thank you for sharing this information with the world! I have noticed a lot of pain along the outside of my right foot and I’m trying to release it but can’t seem to find a good position to do this with a towel. Any recommendations? Is this foot pain the reason for my pain in my right side neck and ribs? Thanks

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  5 місяців тому +1

      Hi there! You need to find the cause site for the foot pain and work that area as well as the foot. Block Therapy is very good at teaching us how to find our cause sites. You can start at your foudation (feet) and work your way up your body. Watch for referred pain as you do the work. A great program to follow in our membership is the 21 day pelvis legs and feet program. Hope this helps!

    love your courses and block therapy is helping me so so much. For the last few months, when i ben my head i have a vibrating sensation from my tail bone to feet, no pain, just weird... it also happens after walking for a while. I have tried to get help with many professionals and they don't seem to know what is happening. ? Would love to have your ideas or vision about what could be creating this. I feel it is my fascia that is so tense. My ostheo says it is the Durmer that is constricted ?

    When doing block therapy, is it possible to have a toxic release that causes illness? Thank you

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  5 місяців тому

      Hi there! You can have what is called a healing crisis, or as we like to say, a healing opportunity. This is your body's way of removing the toxins you release doing this work. This can happen in various ways like cold symptoms, rash, emotional release, etc...It may be uncomfortable for a while, but it is a good thing.

    is there an optimal time of day to block (morning vs evening)? And block before or after exercise?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  5 місяців тому

      It is all personal preference. What might seem optimal for one person, may not be optimal for another. Same with the exercise. Blocking before is good and blocking after for recovery is good. Depends on what you prefer. Perhaps do a little of both and see what works for you.

    Can you give me the steps to help a newly herniated disc from l4,l5 and SI ? It's been 3 days mostly bed rest. I make myself walk for a little bit and move around but the pain is severe.

      Hi there! Here is a link to several videos we have on UA-cam. You can use a rolled towel in the absence of the block buddy.
      If you have a block buddy you can use the block and look at doing days 2-3 of the All Things Hips series in the membership. Hope this helps!

    What can i do for a epigastric hernia? Will this help to close it a bit?
    It causes no pain but i think it's a hernia. Stiffness in my low back as a boxer who had a hip injury really caused a cascade of issues throughout my structure and i am on a healing journey. Any information around how i might approach fixing this would be so helpful
