All the junk would have to be removed to see the potential. For me, I think I'd make the downstairs the main bedroom with with bathroom and storage. Upstairs I'd remove the wall and make this one room, kitchen/ lounge area with those beautiful arches. Not to mention the great entrance 💓🇨🇦
This is a cute little place and I see it has possibilities. I don’t mind that near stairway. It lived with stuff like that before one now it looks like the door openings are level with the street so how do you keep water from coming in when it rains?
I found it on the map. The place next door, out of sight in the video, has a solution to descending into the ground floor space, and provides a landing/tiny terrace for its 1st-floor entrance. I would take that idea and build out a a covered stairwell that would create a more gradual descent to the ground floor space, & it would also create more head space at its entrance. Additionally, it could act as a small terrace for the first floor (you’d need to open up a doorway where the window is). There is enough tiled walkway space to do it.
Ciao Fiorella and Aden, I remember this house, I know I commented on it, I think it's a cute house. I would get an architect to see if there is historic value on it, if not I would literally gut the whole bottom floor get rid of that storage areas make a nice kitchen, dining, living area, a really nice powder room. Then upstairs make two bedrooms and a nice bathroom, for the price it leaves money for renovations. Tanto amore da N.Y.
So what's the catch? Is there one? Can someone in the U.S. ( leaving aside visa stuff ) purchase and hold such a property from abroad? Does the closing have to be held in person in Italy? And what is the approximate final out the door price after all fees, taxes, commissions, etc. I ask so informally because I'm just trying to wrap my head around the low price and I don't want to waste your time with a formal inquiry through your website.

Who is responsible for removing the owners furniture and personal effects or do you purchase that with the property?

The street level needs a bit of work, but the 2nd level is so beautiful it'd certainly be worth the time & effort :)

I have SO MANY ideas for this one!
It has great potential!
Excellent property.
I would love to see that old house next door that needs the brick work. Very nice from outside. I see the potential.
I don’t mind the bedroom furniture but everything has to go. 😂 It certainly has character. Is there water intrusion issues from the street?
Does the house get flooded during rainfall?
How much work to b done in this home. And how do I find out how to purchase it?
I would remove the dividing walls on both floors, throw everything out, and start from scratch.

Is this one a repost? I feel like I've seen this one before. Not that it is negative, if it is.
So who do I contact on this and I need details on how to purchase
