190k? Yeah that is an amazingly nice place and that garage was huge. 😳 I would absolutely buy that if an apartment was my thing. Try getting something that nice for that price in the US and you will never find it. 👍🏻

I could live there easy! Having built in closets is great. Wonderful workshop and garage.
These homes , when renovated- should be putting in bigger showers!! Those tiny ones are impossible to move in! The last one you showed-- had space next to it - that served NO purpose! That shower needs to be replaced--- with a larger , GLASS shower-- that goes all the way to the corner!!! And the ones with a tub , need to be made into one unit- for showering,etc!!!
I have seen a lot of properties in Molise, Puglia and Abruzzo on this and other channels. I have seen some really impressive offerings. But I have NEVER dropped my jaw like I did when you revealed that cavernous garage!

@@rossinniandco If the town would allow, you could almost start a business in that garage. The backroom could be a kitchen and the garage has plenty of room for tables and chairs.
How does an American get a car to put in that garage? My understanding is you are not allowed to purchase a car in Italy 🤷🏼♀️
As long as you have the required documents you can purchase a car in Italy.

Are you sure that garage is not shared??? I assume on the other side of the common entrance there is another garage for the other apartment? Any idea of the age of the original structure? This is another apartment I would consider seriously.
