    I turn 70 in November. Chronic disease showed up 1988

      Yes, WFPB since 2017. Use FIR sauna, red light therapy, hot tub followed by cold shower.
      Mono 1972, Hashimoto 1988{ begin CFS) Embolism and Fatty Liver 2017. Change lifestyle , blood levels vastly improved. No more Fatty Liver. Idiopathic Hypersomnia 2012 and still CFS that has accelerated to consume my life. Still eating WFPB. Not exercise, Whiplash days of fatigue after workout.
      Finally slogged thru Medical Establishment to approval for Zywav, controlled drug, but I need something!!! I'm so amazed you actually wrote back! Thanks
